My experience with CC Carpet started with Linda giving me solid advice while competently informing me on the carpet options available in their decked out showroom once I told her my needs. Then I had the pleasure of meeting Gary at my new home where he took measurements and addressed the concerns of my wife and I about the install process and laid out clearly what we can expect from the installers. The two installers arrived within the window I was given and got to work immediately, even going so far as to disassemble our bed and move it out the way for us. The only issue that arose was somehow a miscommunication occurred regarding the number of closets we needed carpet replaced in. Despite that the installers competently used what they had on hand to finalize the closet I feared would go un-carpeted which showed amazing trouble shooting and willingness on the company's part to do right by their clients. Overall the experience was a 5/5 and I would recommend this company to anyone who needs new flooring.

I had my entire house done with laminate flooring except the kitchen. When the sales man came Jesse to give me an estimate he explained the difference of each sample he brought with him very professional. And men that came to installed it they showed up at the time he said would. They moved the furniture and put everything back. I am very satisfied with their service, that 2 of my neighbors came and asked me for their information I recommended them. I rate them from 1 - 10 give them 100.

Jesse S. was very helpful, also, as he bought many tile/carpet samples to our home, answered many questions, and did the measurements. The installers did excellent work and cleaned up very well.
