I must give CC carpet a five star rating due to their professionalism and great staff. I had the carpet replaced in my home and they had to move furniture from room to room but it was done in one days time and it looks amazing. They originally did it 20 years ago. Absolutely will suggest them to my friends and family. The price was right and they came out to give a free estimate. They also did a follow up to make sure I was satisfied! Great job CC carpet.

C c's carpet installers did an excellent job on the installation.They were very nice.They arrived on time, they worked all day, and they were very quick.The install looks absolutely amazing. I'll continue to use cc's for all of my flooring needs.

Carpeted four bedrooms. The whole experence was pleasant. The sales people (Josh) were great to deal with. Installers arrived on time and were very profesional. They were in and out in four hours and did a great job. I wholely recomend this company.

We were not available for installation until a couple of weeks later. Here it is August ,so very hot our a/c is not working properly. Our installers came right on time, had to apologize it is so hot and all we had was a couple of fans and ceiling fans, Not so much cool there. These folks worked all day tearing out and installing our new carpet. Thank Goodness I did have cold bottles of water and popcycles to help with the heat, I cannot believe what an absolutly fabulous job this crew did in this awful heat. We have had this done before with another company and it was not pleasant . they did a sloppy job.

We have used CC Carpet for our home and for our business. Carpet, hardwood and vinyl flooring. Their pricing is very competitive! Special shout out to Gary. He has helped navigate all the options for our floors and is so enjoyable to work with. The install crews have been on time, clean and very kind. Communication is always excellent as well.

When you see an unplugged microwave, do you plug it in and use it? If you see a sink with a towel over the faucet and stuff stacked in it, do you remove the towel and use the sink? The guys who worked here do. Maybe it was done that way for a reason? I wish people respected other people's property.

I'm not lying about any of my experiences and the name shown is in error. Maybe you are just saying that to deflect? I'm having my floors done at this minute. Was thinking about a kitchen countertop but since I'm not truthful....

I picked your company because of the issues I had with ideal flooring, flooring direct, etc. Furthermore, I have a right to complain about workers who come in and treat my items like garbage when my family is out thousands of dollars.

CC Carpet was very professional with us. We had an initial meeting to discuss different options like how many rooms we wanted to cover and with what color.

Soon enough we figured both of those details out and got to pricing. Seemingly everything is ultra expensive these days so I was reasonably surprised to hear how fair the price was to do pretty much our entire second floor.

The installers were fast and did a great job. I even received a follow up call afterwards reminding me of the warranty on the labor which is also nice to have.

Overall a great experience and we love how plush the new carpet is. No complaints at all!

If you’re planning flooring or carpet replacements, we highly recommend CC’s Carpet. Before selecting CC’s, we got 3 estimates. One company’s estimate went from $56K to $13K. Another went from $23K to $11K. CC’s did not try to price gouge us. They did not give us a gaping price. Their price was less than $9K. Their customer service was AWESOME and we are very pleased with the installation contractors for both the vinyl flooring and the carpet. So if you’re looking to upgrade/replace your flooring, we highly recommend CC’s.
