My crew were SPOT ON very friendly and efficient. We received a call every morning from them on their arrival time and they were on time everyday. This company is the absolute best highly reliable and knowledgeable. If I had more work I would definitely choose them over and over.

Recently bought a house that had moisture in the crawlspace. Prior to purchase, TBR inspected and provided detailed estimate for drainage solution. Terry was a pleasure to deal with as he explained the process and got me on schedule prior to move in date. Derek was the crew leader that coordinated the on site repair. He was dedicated to the completion of the project and kept me informed daily as to arrival and work accomplished that day. He went above and beyond to get the job done, working late to finish on the last day. Very positive experience with TBR

My wife and I wanted a basement egress window installed in our existing basement in order to let additional light into the space. Toledo Basement Repair did a great job... they kept the inside very clean while cutting in the opening, and installed the new window in a very professional manner that's been 100% watertight since installation. I would certainly recommend these guys.

The crew showed up on time, gave me updates along the way and finished ahead of schedule. Sam was the lead crew member. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything the home owner should know when the job is complete. Even though I removed the old insulation and vapor barrier myself to save some money, TBR disposed of it anyways for me. Great company to work with.

After using another company twice to diagnose the issue with our sewer line, Toledo Basement FINALLY found the problem. They were prompt, efficient, very professional, and budget friendly! Their equipment was top of the line, and well taken care of! We won't be going anywhere else for any basement needs!
Update! 2026: Years later, Toledo Basement Repair was back to do a complete basement waterproofing on our rental property. The crew that included Corey, Derick, Daniel, and Anthony were all extremely professional. Corey always reached out to let us know when he was headed to the job sight. They also helped us finish the clean up and remove the prior renters JUNK in the basement! They were so helpful and certainly saved us time and money by helping us complete this while they cleaned up their job. I don’t know any other company or working crew that would offer their extra time to do that. The basement looks wonderful and is DRY! A++++
