Red Noland Collison Center is the best place in town when you are faced with the unfortunate situation of needing your vehicle repaired. After having had my car hit in a parking lot, I drove directly to Red Noland where Josh greeted me and helped calm me down, reassuring me they could fix it and would work with the insurance company on my behalf. The entire time my car was at Red Noland, Josh kept me updated as to what was taking place. The car was done a couple days before his estimated time frame. Car looks great, like new, and service was top notch.

Dealing with hail damage and insurance companies can be daunting to say the least (for people with 1st world problems), right???

But, if you want to have the process be professional, attentive, understanding, highly skilled, and end up with what looks to be a brand new car..... well, you better call Red Noland. They took care of me from the first call to handing me back my keys. Easy process from being on the waitlist and getting called back, and then bumping me up on time frame repeatedly to start out. When it came time to talk to the insurance company and get a rental car and communicate all about repairs and supplemental quotes for the insurance and timeframe on finishing everything....well, Josh is the guy. Thank you!!! My Subaru looks amazing!!!!! Appreciate all the people involved, very professional and reliable!!!!

Josh Watt was my repair consultant and he was professional, personable, attentive, well informed on the process. He was fantastic.

I hit a patch of ice and my Tesla was badly damaged. Even though they didn’t have room, Joshua went above and beyond and made space to have my car assessed earlier than expected, and it ended up being totaled.

Joshua was very responsive to my questions and concerns, and helped move things forward quickly. It was a bad outcome for me, but I thought everything was handled well!
