The best office staff I have encountered.

Been on a search for awhile looking for a great place stay. Called to set up an appointment.Not only was the office staff friendly, they were also very informative about the property. Hoping to call this place home soon

Second apartment I’ve had in the KC area. Love being in OP. The space in the apartments are great. My sister had a 1x1 before we moved into a 2x2.5 townhome. Office staff is friendly && helpful. The property manager Jessica is amazing.

While I've not had the opportunity to reside here, I've had friends that have, and the one thing they say is how amazing the management is. I've also joined some friends at the resident events, and I was so pleasantly surprised at how well everything was organized. These apartments are I've of the places I mention when I meet someone new to the city.

I have lived here for a few years, and I absolutely love it. Whether it is a maintenance request or something with my account, the staff is on top of it. They are also very affordable for the location! Highly recommend these apartments!

I’m not moved in completely yet, but my apartment was extremely clean, looked well taken care of for me! Have to say while looking, inquiring with everything that’s involved Jessie and I believe her name is Crystal made it smooth for me. They were both very warm and friendly, and that made me feel comfortable! Yes I highly recommend Springhill Apartments!

I would like to start by saying I had a pleasant and respectful experience with the ladys in the office. From start to finish I felt like our needs were listened too and met. The maintenance guys were responsive and knowledgeable. On the few occasions we needed a fix in our unit the wait was not long and the men went straight after it, fixed it and went along with their day. Neighbors were quite and respectful, everyone minded their own area but never to shy for a greeting. We had a quick entry for a short stay at a affordable price. A person should understand the difference between needs and wants when looking for a place to stay/live and our needs were met. Thank you for helping my wife and I, best of luck in the future.

I’ve lived here almost 5 years now and I can truly say that I am a happy resident. Of course every community has its issues but here at Springhill, management has come a long way and in my experience, has addressed and resolved my needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Communication with Jessica the manager as well as with the entire team including maintenance is very effective and pro active. I feel safe in my home and have never had any security concerns.They welcome feedback and endeavor to make the living experience at Springhill enjoyable (ie having summer pool parties and other social events in the community). I would highly recommend Springhill as a premiere residential community in the Overland Park area.

This community is by far on of the best communities i ever lived in.

The staff were friendly and quick when needed.

I loved the programs hosted there.

I would tale take to appropriate head staff Jessica. She’s so kind and helping through out the course of time. She’s so understanding, nice and patient. All the cleaning and hardware staff did a excellent job in keeping the community clean and safe.

In simple words, yes i would definitely recommend this and if u already chosen it you gonna love it.
