Looking to move this summer and stopped in to see a 2br. The staff was welcoming and the 2br was spacious. I love the location definitely on my list.

I love the apartments but if you need maintenance done, it might take a while to get stuff done. I’ve only lived here 5 months and it’s hard to get a hold of anyone in the leasing office. They communicate via text messages and their billing is very confusing as well. There were fees that didn’t make sense when I started the lease paperwork process and they kept adding more charges to the original invoice, when I asked what they were for, the description of the fee on the document didn’t match what the lease agent told me the fee was for. I felt like I was an inconvenience to the leasing agents when I had questions. My first day when I tried to park in my carport that I pay for every month, I couldn’t park there because someone else without a permit was parked there, so I went to the leasing office and was told that I needed to call the tow truck myself and that this is not their job to call the tow truck. The tow truck never showed up & the car moved but I had to park somewhere else that day . I still got charged for the full day of carport fees. There’s a lot of cars without a permit and they still park in carports. Another thing is that my carport collects a lot of water when it rains and I have to wear mock boots to get in my car and then I change shoes once I’m in my car. I think there is room for improvement & have been told several times they are short staffed so I’ve been patient because I love the apartment itself. All and all is a safe place but there’s room for improvement when it comes to dealing with tenants, maintenance and their billing is confusing.

I moved in the first of Jan and i love it. Jeff made the whole process so easy and i have no complaints. Tara and Jeff super nice people and have always answered my questions fully and get the job done. Maintenance have been great too. Work orders are easy to put in and great response time and work has been done right. I love my apartment and neighbors are friendly. Quiet community. They office has nice activities and doing things like giving candy and flowers at Valentine's. I truly feel they care about their renters. I dont see myself moving anytime soon. I really loves this community

It’s responsible there hasn’t been alot of noise. But the company can upgrade on the outside of the building the window shuttles I can be fie fixed. Do.

I came into these beautiful apartments to look for my very first apartment and the young woman Ms. Camille was so very nice and patient. She took her time to help me learn everything I needed to know about the apartments. I really appreciate her for all of her help.

I highly recommend this place. The staff was amazing. Camille, was wonderful she was very informative when it came to the knowledge of the place.

5 stars, every time I call the office they answer the phone. Camille Keys has got to be the most professional person I’ve came across when it comes to management, she answer all my questions, always make sure maintenance get to my apartment when needed, talks to me with kindness and respect. 10/10

It's a quiet atmosphere. I haven't had to deal with maintenance yet but the office staff is very helpful. So happy with my decision to call London house my home.

The staff at London House are absolutely amazing! This is a staff who truly cares about the property & tenants! I interacted with Camille & Sierra during the process of applying for residency here. Both are very friendly, knowledgeable & provided great assistance! I highly recommend this staff & this place!

I went to London house this past weekend to view a 3 bedroom, they did not have any 3 bedrooms open yet, so we viewed the 2 bedroom model as well as the virtual 3 bedroom and I gotta say those 2 bedrooms are very spacious. Sierra was helpful in getting to know my needs and I feel like she really cared about what my preferences were. My current apartment doesn’t really care about how anyone feels so that’s a huge difference.

Cozy home

Its a nice place to live, the location is nice as well. Only downside is that most of the gym equipment is broken

I been at London house for 3 years going on 4 by far the best Apartment in Lenexa ! Very spacious & quiet ! Definitely one of my favorites !

Shout out to the office staff Camille: Anytime I need anything she is right there and always gets it done ASAP ! She is very helpful. Definitely my favorite person in office 💙 highly recommend

My experience with London House has been amazing, application process was a bit lengthy but the ladies in the office helped me with any and all questions I had and made it feel easy! My move in was great. Had a recent issue with AC but maintenance got to it during this huge heat wave and made sure we were as comfortable as possible during the duration. Sure can’t be easy for them but he did it with a smile and kept us informed! I would recommend highly.

When I had issues with my old complex, I had to find a new place to live abruptly. I stumbled across London House by happenstance and took a look-see at their website. I set an appointment to go see the model unit and my son fell in love with the space. We visited two complexes that day and this is the one we really liked. It was very easy going and the experience with the ladies in the office was refreshing. It's nice to see people who actually care about what they are doing. They answered any and every question I possibly had with no hesitation. My leasing agent Sierra was the best. She was very nice and attentive and she kept me posted any time there was an update or change.

Office staff is great!!

The office staff was friendly, Sierra and Camille were knowledgeable and quick to respond to my questions. I have no that this will be a great place to live.

I just moved in two months ago, and the front desk women ,Camille helped me through everything when it came to finances and work orders for the apartments.the staff is very understanding,and have great customer service.

I think I am going to make the move to London House once my lease is up. Shopping around and this was my last stop due to the staff. Sierra was so friendly and compassionate and truly showed that she cared about my needs as a person. She was so professional but also REAL. I cannot say enough about her. Please let her know how much I appreciated her and her caring so much about ME and my needs without the "sales" aspect of it all. It definitely makes a difference when you know you are dealing with family oriented people that care about their job and exhibiting their care for you, as well, instead of it just being their "job".

The staff and grounds are impeccable! i was especially impressed with Sierra, she was a huge help and made everything smooth sailing. Will definitely be recommending to anybody who’s looking to move!!

Decent place

Its decent. All of the treadmills are broken in the fitness center so that’s disappointing. Finger scanner only works half the time. Other residents smoke cigarettes in my building which is annoying. Maintence is fairly quick to resolve issues

I came by this complex and Camille was very attentive in giving details on the apartments. Wish they had what I needed in my timefame!
