The MK and the Manager Taryn are the best! I absolutely love it here. Taryn has been nothing short of amazing! I highly recommend living here!
Highly recommend living at the MK!! It is a great location that is walkable to so many restaurants, the staff and management are so prompt with communication, and the apartments are super spacious, comfortable, and clean!

I love this place. It’s in a nice area. With in walking distance of just about everything. The apartment is beautiful and updated. Not as many amenities. But it makes up for that based on the location!
MK is the best!
I have been loving my apartment at The MK. It is very spacious and I have been getting a lot of natural light which I LOVE. There’s plenty to do in the area but I definitely enjoy walking around the neighborhood and being close to the Monon Trail and my dog loves it too!

My fiancé and I met with SEVERAL apartment leasing offices. The MK had the best customer service. They went above and beyond. The apartments are so nice, new, clean, and the one we looked at had a spacious bathroom. We just ended up choosing a different location for the sake of my future mother-in-law’s health. If it were just the two of us though, The MK would’ve been it! 👍 👍

The MK has been the best place I have lived in the Indianapolis, IN area. The management is incredible. They always keep the place extremely clean, create a welcoming atmosphere, communicate with residents in a timely manner, and always greet guests and residents with a smile.

My husband and I have been living at The MK for about 6 months now and couldn’t be happier. The building is clean, quiet, and perfectly located with several great restaurants within walking distance. The Monon Trail and Broad Ripple are very close as well. The staff is friendly and any maintenance requests or concerns have been resolved quickly. We highly recommend.
Awesome upscale apartments with a fantastic on-site team! Great ideal location and amenities & love that it also has a key required on all exterior doors as well as parking garage with your own reserved space. We love living here and just renewed our lease and don’t plan on going anywhere else!

The apartments are absolutely amazing! Great interior and very spacious! The management is very friendly and always willing to help! Maintenance is really quick too! I have been living at the MK for 5.5 months and I have no complaints at all!

We have lived at the MK for nearly a year. It’s a great place with a vibrant, friendly community. Taryn, the Property Manager, is very friendly, addresses concerns promptly, and has a wonderful disposition. Bailey adds to the sunny atmosphere on Saturdays.
Maintenance and upkeep at The MK is a priority. Work orders are easy to place on the website and Eric is very prompt in responding to the requests.
If you are thinking of a new apartment community, there is a lot to enjoy about the MK.
