This is the first time I have been to this practice. I can’t say enough how nice everyone is. Dr. Paolino was very easy to talk to and he explained everything about the implant I am having done. The office staff and nurses are all terrific. They couldn’t have been any nicer.

I must admit, I was a little nervous going for an extraction and 2 implants, but Dr Paolino and his staff were wonderful. Very professional and explained everything as he was working. Communication prior to the procedure was also great. They kept me relaxed and comfortable the whole time.

If you need oral surgery I would recommend them highly!

I was in need of major dental surgery. It required the removal of 6 upper teeth. I’m no stranger to tooth extraction but usually performed one at a time. Six? I dreaded the thought. I was referred to Dr. Robert Paolino at Oral Facial Dentistry who gave me options and assured me that I was in good hands. I chose having it done by Dr. Paolino at the Christiana Surgical Center and I was not disappointed. The “Team” of Doctors and Nurses were excellent in every aspect. My comfort and care was top priority.

Single tooth extraction in days past would have me laid up for several days. I was preparing myself for significant downtime. When I awoke from surgery I was in minimal discomfort relative to the amount of work done. Dr. Paolino explained how the surgery went and what to expect. Pain management and fighting infection were a priority and I was prescribed appropriate medication.

At home, I continued rest for the rest of the day keeping ahead of the pain simply with Ibuprofen. As night approached, I was surprised that while having mild discomfort, I was not in the pain that I was expecting. I slept comfortably and awoke the next morning feeling amazingly refreshed, again dealing with minimal discomfort simply with Ibuprofen. As I went about my day I kept wondering if & when was the pain going to hit; it NEVER DID!!

I would offer my highest recommendation to anyone who had to have a similar surgery. My thanks to you Dr. Paolino and your staff.

Dr. Paolino is the best in his field. Very competent, very caring, wonderful chair side manner, took his time to explain what to expect. His entire office staff are a reflection of his practice philosophy and demeanor. They are very welcoming, professional and knowledgeable.

My experience with Dr apaolino was fantastic. The Dr explained everything he was doing as he did it. I dont like dentists but he made it a great experience. I felt no pain in the procedures he did on me, not to mention he was always in a good mood. The staff was great also the whole experience from start to finish was exceptional.

I highly recommend this doctor. He was able to take me as an emergency visit on the day before we were going on a long vacation. His staff is very kind, and the doctor was very professional and personable - I really appreciate everything he and his staff did for me. Thank you!

The staff are warm , welcoming, and professional. Dr Paolini is by far the best. We felt so comfortable in his office setting.

Also, we appreciated the special surgical room used for the extraction. The post-op instructions were detailed and understandable. We left feeling confident we were in good hands.

I highly recommend the Paolino team. They are very personable and provided great care that was painless and now seems to be healing quickly. In my case the process takes a lot of time however the office staff provided me with clear instructions, and the results have been trouble-free, looks great, and feels perfect.

Had a follow up appointment with Dr Paolino following extensive surgery to my face following a ATV accident in Tennessee while on vacation. He took the time to review my very large case file sent from the university of Tennessee hospital. He spent time going over my recovery and made recommendations to my on going care. He was very caring , professional and took the time to answer all my questions.
