She was always available and very prompt in returning any type of correspondence. She knows the area and she understand the property markets rule and regulations. When we were house hunting from a RV on the east coast, SaraBeth assisted us. She was actively involved in us finding a house that met our needs. She kept us informed of any house that came available that fit our requirements. She had her assistant, Kristina (another marvelous person in her staff) give us a video chat tour of the prospective house. She let us know of any problems she saw. Kristina even took room measurements for us. Believe me if I was allowed I would have done page long review. The bottom line is she exceeded all our expectation for a realtor.
