Very thorough, professional and glad Ed came to solve the problem.

Just to add on $99 charge I am an AC customer for my house and recommended Homestead for my Mom's house for drain problem. I thought the $99 charge to show up was excessive. I understand it would have been waived with oil delivery, but I am an existing customer that recommended Homestead. Without this recommendation, Homestead wouldn't have been called. I could understand if the job was declined after tech showed up, but the job was accepted. This occurred on the Oct 31 call and August call. Thank You

We had a Mitsubishi Split-Type Heating and Air Conditioner unit installed a couple of weeks ago. We were very impressed with the customer service we received from Jessie our sales rep, who spent time going over our options for the best system for us. Within a short time the work to be done was scheduled, system was installed in 2 1/2 days. We met "our" installation crew Ben, Lorenzo, and Trevor who were on time and very friendly. Ben spent the first few minutes going over the details of our system installation and explained their expected plan of each days workload. We can't say enough about the team of Ben, Lorenzo, and Trevor, they make a great crew. They were prompt, hardworking, courteous, and respectful of our home. Each day, they cleaned up any debris, boxes, packaging etc. from the job. They went over and above for sure! Thank you, Homestead team.

Usually I don't write reviews although I must confess I do check them for every company with which I do business. We have had this oil company for over 50 years...Yes the old Imperial and now homestead, NEVER NEVER had a problem, oh yes once, before 1970 the oil man delivered the oil it was snowing and a cold night he was so tired he went back to the truck drove away and went home to sleep. Anyway around 3 am the house felt cold and after checking the tank which said empty I was convinced the gauge was not working however I called Imperial and they call the gentleman who had made the delivery earlier..he said oh goodness I didn't give them a full tank meaning to go back was so tired I parked the truck and went home. That same person was sent out and he apologized over and over and over. Got the oil in and a "nozzle" had to be changed. That was it...I have called this company all these years the reps are always professional, pleasant and efficient I can tell you as a customer they are the very BEST, this company should give lessons to some other companies regarding good customer relations

Ray is one of the best technicians I have ever had to come and service my equipment. He came to perform the yearly maintenance on my boiler and did a great job on that. But he noticed an issue with the outside unit of my mini-split system and confirmed that there was a problem that concerned me as well. He initiated some corrective actions even though that was not the reason for his initial visit. He was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I am happy he is a part of the Homestead team and hope to see him again to handle future service or repair needs I may have.

We just had a wonderful experience with Homestead. After having a day without heat and realizing there was an issue, we started calling a bunch of companies to come out and check our boiler. I kept getting told it’s a busy time of year by other companies and Homestead was the only one that was able to see us the same day. Their technician, Jason, was absolutely fantastic and we would highly recommend him and this company to anyone who needs any of the services they offer. 10/10

Tyler from Homestead Comfort did an excellent job identifying and repairing a pin hole leak in our heating system. He did a fantastic job repairing a pipe behind the wall with minimal damage to the wall. When he was finished his cleanup was superb.

Ed from homestead gets a 10/10 rating from me! He has replaced my hot water heater, worked on my sump pump….. I could go on and on. Always on time, very knowledgable and is very respectful of my home which was built in 1902! He is the absolute best.

Ed was wonderful ! He was friendly and knowledgeable and recommended the best solution to the plumbing problem we were having ! He fixed it quick … payment was easy and he left the area he was working so clean and neat it didn’t even look like work had been done there :). I highly recommend this company ! Thank you Ed 😀

Tyler was very informative. He's been to this house multiple times before we took ownership of the house, it's very knowledgeable. Very nice and straight to the point. Highly recommend We had a problem with the pressure switch and he repaired it no problem

Replaced water intake valve to toilet. Courtesy call, two people on the job which helped it go faster, job done well in under 45 minutes. Friendly professional service, quote offered clearly in advance, no surprises.

Ed and Zach were promptly on time and explained in detail what our options were. They were efficient in removing the old toilet and replacing it, and explained differences in how the toilet would work now Main option was spend four to $500 to repair or $1200 to replace so since the toilet was 24 years old, we opted for the complete replacement style and function is much better than what we had before
