I researched for years before deciding on a facility and a surgeon for my breast lift, and I absolutely made the right choice. Dr. Deal at Southern Surgical Arts is a TRUE artist. My breast lift is so natural and beautiful---and exactly like I imagined. Even only one week out, my incisions are so unnoticeable. Everybody has been so kind and has answered my questions so thoroughly. So much thought and care has been put into every detail at this surgery center. If you're an out of tower like me, just know it's absolutely worth the flight/ drive. My confidence has been restored after having lost a significant amount of weight. Dr.Deal, you're awesome! I am so happy and incredibly thankful for this team of receptionist, nurses and drs! The minute you walk through the door they are all so happy to see you like everyone has known everyone for years! This has been the most amazing experience. I’m usually very nervous when going in for a surgery but this time I was calm and so happy and excited. I love how happy and upbeat this team is! What can I say about my experience- AWESOME! Starting with the scheduling, one call, made an appointment in very acceptable time. No runaround’s, double talk, or call confusion - straightforward.

At the first appointment, met with the team and Dr. Mason. Very professional and again straightforward. Was presented with surgical plan, cost and a comprehensive preparation plan, including aftercare instructions. Surgery date established (very reasonable timeframe) and was provided ample time to prepare. Team is well equipped to answer all questions and can provide needed pre-surgery tests on site (not required to be completed on site) at a very reasonable cost. Also, post surgery medications sent to our local pharmacy (our choice) and scheduled for pick up prior to surgery date. Additionally, they provided a list of hotels nearby that offer discounts to their patients. Having all of our questions answered and a thorough list of preparation, plus post surgery care instructions explained, ready to proceed.

Almost forgot to mention that the team is available during the period leading up to the surgery for any questions. We called several times and always got clear, concise answers. Scheduled and spoke to Dr. Mason the day before the scheduled surgery date with last minute questions, which he answered thoroughly.

Day before surgery, call from anesthesiologist to go over the information we provided to ensure it was all correct. Very nice and reassuring touch.

Surgery day, everything as planned! Very good communication with my husband and again, very thorough post surgery instructions.

Evening after surgery, a call to see how things are progressing. Again, nice touch! Almost forgot, was also provided an emergency “after hours” number to call, if needed.

Day after surgery, follow up appointment with Dr. Mason. Again, can’t say enough about the Dr. and entire team - professional and courteous. First time, we saw the results and wow - Dr. Mason is definitely experienced and skilled. His technique will undoubtedly ensure a quick healing period and minimal scarring.

I have several follow up appointments scheduled and the team is available should I have any further questions. A great experience and I highly recommend!
