Best place to call home!

I absolutely love living here! This community truly feels like home. It’s very peaceful, well-maintained, and has such a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and always quick to assist with anything you need. The neighbors are kind and respectful, which makes it even more enjoyable to live here. If you’re looking for a place that feels comfortable, safe, and inviting, this is definitely the perfect place to call home!

I have lived here for a year now and I love it. It's a very convenient place to live. It's really close to alot of restaurants and shops. The maintenance guys are all so nice and get the work done quickly

THE PERSONAL TOUCH AT MONARCH POINT MAKES THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX ONE OF THE BEST PLACES TO RENT. THE PERSONNEL THAT RUN THIS PLACE MAKES THE RENTERS FEEL WANTED FROM THE MANY ACTIVITIES THEY PLAN BRINGING ALL RENTERS TOGETHER SO WE ALL GET TO KNOW EACH OTHER, IT’S QUITE UNUSUAL. I LOVE IT HERE, SINCE THE LOSS OF MY WIFE I DON’T FEEL AS LONSOME.

We have loved living at Monarch Point! We have been here since August of 2024 and have had an amazing experience so far. Management has always been very kind and attentive to any concerns we have shared. Last year, due to heavy rain and storms, we had a small leak in our apartment. The staff immediately took action in helping us take care of the issue, cleaning up, and offering resources. Any other time we have called maintenance, they resolve any issues and check back in to make sure that everything is still in great shape! We have always felt very safe living here as well. At night, the complexes are well lit and our neighbors have always been very kind. It is also in a great area of Lubbock with lots to do around Milwaukee Ave. At Monarch point we feel safe and cared for. Highly recommend!

We've been in monarch point since January 2025, everything has been excellent so far, administration was and is very friendly with us, maintenance service was very quick to solve us an issue we had with the central A/C. The house itself it's not huge but it's quite spacious, cozy and with very good natural light. I have an irrelevant complaint that is that for some reason the light and bathroom fan switches are placed in a very unintuitive order, which makes it slightly annoying. Still, not something that would make us doubt staying another year. Lastly, the gym is very well equipped and maintained and the pool is quite pretty and well kept, it would be good to have some more shadow around the pool though.

I’m happy to that all the staff is always very helpful, they listen to our complaints and there’s nothing they can’t do.

oLike the clothes door, the frame is no even, the stove is to thigh and can’t put the top down so this a problem for 1 burner and the stove is unloved, and the patio! I can’t go out their you only come back full of dry stickers on the shoes and clothes.

George is very nice and explains to me and helps a lot, but we move in May 2025 and have not spend a day in the back yard to relax! Only to pull weeds and stickers !!!!!!

We just moved in a week ago all the way from Houston and so far the experience has been great. The office staff is super kind and have been very helpful through the whole move. The maintenance staff is wonderful as well. Jorge came in and took care of a few things we noticed upon move in, he was very kind, informative, quick and professional. He even gave us some info about places in our area to check out. We are really enjoying our stay here so far and appreciate that the community is well kept up with.

Move in day went extremely smooth! Relocated from Houston for my job, and every step of the way they were nothing but helpful to my wife and the apartment absolutely fit our needs and style! Very excited to start our journey here!

This apartment was definitely a major upgrade from anything else in Lubbock I had lived in before. I truly wish I could renew my lease if it weren’t for my job!

As a female college student living alone, I felt very safe here. I was always able to park close, walk my dog at night, meet neighbors and the staff at the front was very helpful. It’s nice because of course you can call or walk in to the front office, but they also allow texting which was super helpful when I was a student teacher. I never had an issue with volume from my neighbors and I lived in one of the stacked apartments, never had any issue with noises! Maintenance is quick and friendly, even offering to carry a heavy package to my door when he saw me struggling.
