Excellent friendly service. Staff was very knowledgeable of their inventory. Able to tell you the price in under a minute, instead of like other furniture store that spent 15 minutes or more to come up with a price. Easy shopping, very reasonable prices, quick check out and delivery and set up scheduled 6 days after purchase. They are my new go to Furniture Store

Alix the salesperson was very professional and knowledgeable, she answered all our questions. We were looking for a bedroom set and she showed us around.

We bought the bedroom set. The transaction went very smooth. This is the second time that we buy at Bel furniture, both times we had a good experience.

The manager on this location NOT THE KATY ONE was absolutely nice and very understandable about our situation and was able to offer free delivery and also able to speed up the process for us. He was able to manage the situation BETTER than the CORPORATE people did!!

The WORST company EVEERRRR.! The seller Lisa was AMAZING, she gave us an amazing customer service. But the company it self its horrible. We ordered (in store) our living room set on a Saturday and they said it would be delivered to their store on Tuesday or Wednesday. Its now been 3 WEEKS and no one can tell us when they're getting a truck. When I called the main BEL in KATY they said they have ONLY 2 driver trucks that do deliveries into their stores and one of them called in. Umm ok? (Which she also said our living room set it's there, but just needed to be transferred) So I asked if they knew anything about them sending a truck or someone to deliver their truck and their answer was "no ma'am I'm sorry we don't know when we will be able to send a truck to that location"! It's now been 3 weeks and I still haven't heard that they sent a truck yet. I asked for free delivery or anything, idc what it is for them to work something with me but they said NO SORRY WE CAN'T DO ANYTHING FOR YOU! Even tho they were at fault! We are still here waiting, without a living room set sitting on the floor, still waiting idk how long to get a call that our living room set has arrived!.

I have bought furniture from Bels with very good experience. I deal with a lady by the name of Ali very cordial very knowledgeable. It’s the only one I deal with because I like how she she handled her business. I have had great experience and will continue to purchase my items through Belsthank you.

Alixandra was VERY patient with us when I took my parents to buy a new set of couches. They were very unsure about what color to get or what kind of couches. She walked us through the whole process in getting them delivered. Thank you! 10/10 experience. We will be coming back for a dining set and mattresses soon ☺️
