The moment I stepped into the store Victor G greeted me and asked if there was anything that he could assist me with. I showed him a picture of a bedroom set that I was shopping for and he took me right to it. He was extremely patient and answered all of the questions regarding my concerns about pricing and offered to order it for me. I initially was going to order the set online because I already had it in my cart. But when I arrived home his professionalism and attentiveness stayed on my mind. I was so appreciative that I called and ordered it from him instead. Victor was very diligent and walked me through the online payment process. In the future, if I decide to purchase more items, I will definitely shop with him again.

My wife and I had an AMAZING experience with an AMAZING sales associate by the name of Ben ...Ben welcomed us in and asked if he can help us with anything it would be his pleasure just let him know ...We went about our business looking for furniture Ben came by after about 10 or 15 min asked how things were going , said if he can show us anything and well we said yes ...He wasn't one of those pushy sales people , that just wasn't him...He offered us water and guidance and eventually we found what we wanted and more...We talked to Ben laughed like if we knew each other...He's a fun person to be around and a very experienced sales person....He is top notch ....If yall need any help while visiting bel furniture ask for Ben ...You won't be disappointed....I will recommend Bel furniture to anyone and we will be back ...Thanks Ben ...
