It was great being back there. I went there to buy the sleeping pillow which I got myself the active cooling + memory foam pillow. I completely forgot to get the name from the lady who helped me choose the pillow. She did an excellent job and she’s very sweet. We had a great conversation. Along with her, the staff at the desk where I pay, is very friendly. At this moment, I think I have everything I need. 😃

The customer service I received here was awesome. Both Fatima and the store manager were extremely helpful, friendly, welcoming, and went the extra mile with getting an item fixed that happened to be the last one. The store manager waisted no time making calls to be sure that it would be taken care of. From beginning to end everything was great. There was no rushing or the feeling of being pressured to purchase additional items. I went in looking for a sofa and left out with totally different items. It was a seamless process. I would most definitely recommend this location to anyone. Thank you Fatima for your patience and professionalism.
