We came here to get furniture and Luis was absolutely WONDERFUL!!! We came twice to confirm what furniture and everything we wanted and we liked him so much we didn’t want anyone else the second time we came in. He explained everything so well, went back and forth through the whole store with us, walked us through the whole process, showed us literally everything we needed and was an angel through it all.

Paty is a great sales person. She truly listens to your opinion and takes it into consideration with your purchase. She didnt rush us in any way when buying our couches and sat with us through 2 hours until we decided which couches to buy. We have used Bel furniture for over 10 years now and have been very satisfied. If you go to the pasadena location ask for Paty or Edgar, Edgar is truly sincere and wonderful to work with. Looking forward to more purchases in the future.
