Had a really great experience at Bel Furniture. Xavier and Carmelia were both incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful throughout the whole process. They took the time to help us find exactly what we were looking for without making us feel pressured, and the purchase process was smooth from start to finish.
The store’s policies were a bit strict regarding sets and not mixing/matching pieces, but Xavier genuinely went out of his way trying to help us get an extra loveseat we were interested in. We ended up changing our minds afterward, but the effort and customer service were definitely appreciated.
The quality of the sofa set feels really solid, and we were able to get exactly what we wanted at a good price. Xavier and Carmelia both deserve credit for making the experience such a positive one.
