This is Alex Gilberts company. My AC was down so I asked for recommendations from a local Facebook page and this guy immediately was recommended by multiple people. He replaced my 5 Ton AC unit within 2 days of our first contact. He gave me a fair price and great customer service. This is a great guy and local small business owner. Alex has the patience of a saint. Alex has been to my parents house a few times to help resolve their AC issues. Some problems were of their own making, others were legit problems. Alex has fielded I-don't-know-how-many calls from my father and handled him with more patience than I probably can manage.

He kept me informed by text or phone since I am not local and worked with me to get their AC up and running and to stop my parents from getting in their own way. I understand why he has all 5 star reviews. I highly recommend K&E AC and Refrigeration.

What a great company ! Not only did they answer immediately, they were also able to come out within the hour to fix my Ac unit. This nice man had it working in 30 minutes, upon arrival ! Amazing service , great communication, and just very kind overall. I personally feel the price was pretty great as well. I will absolutely call in the future if / when needed.

A few weeks ago (while on vacation) our air went out. Its a relatively new system (heat pump/inverter) and the problems were numerous. Alex and his team were EXTREMELY fast to respond. He was the 4th or 5th AC company I reached out to, and he replied before everyone else (late in the day). They came and did initial troubleshooting. One thing after another was broken on this unit. Alex and his team were consistent, fast and communicated very well. Alex's communication is the best I've seen from a business in a long time - it made all the difference in what turned out to be a 2.5 week resolution time, mostly because the parts for my unit were very hard to get. I HIGHLY recommend K&E for AC.

K&E A/C is hands down some of the best individuals to work with. They are timely, professional, and more importantly THEY ACT FAST. Wow...so accommodating. Our a/c went out and within about an hour Alex was at our house and had it repaired and running. So professional...I would not hesitate to recommend him or use him again. So very thankful we didn't have to go through the long Memorial weekend with no air conditioning.

I called for service as my air conditioner was blowing hot and we couldn't seem to get the house cooled down. Alex the owner came out and was able to immediately get, my ac running cool again. This is also after 3 other big companies could not find out what was wrong and one of those companies that came out gave me a quote for $8200 for a new unit. Needless to say I didnt need a new unit. Very thankful someone referred me to K&E after another company quoted me an astronomical amount to replace my AC units. K&E gave me a very fair market price on units and installation. It's never a good day when you find out your AC system needs to be replaced, but K&E helped make it as painless as possible. They were awesome!! oUC said I needed a new actuator valve but when K&C came they not only discovered that wasn’t the problem they also discovered that the last company that took almost 6 months to complete a simple thermostat replacement installed a thermostat they charged over $700 for that wasn’t even made for this system. Alex squeezed me in within just a few days and took care of everything on the spot. He even had a proper thermostat on hand in their work truck. No waiting for months for incorrect parts, no rescheduling, no unnecessary work and most of all no price gauging. Hands down the best HVAC company I have ever hired. He knows his stuff and he and his tech were very professional and personable. thank you again for such a great job!!
