I can say only great things about certified I was searching for quite some time for the perfect vehicle, all the other places I went to were trying to basically put me in the same vehicle I had for practically 10 yrs (17 Nissan rouge) thanks to Justin and Austin! 4-22-26 to add to this post. After purchase of this vehicle I found 2 broken slide mechanisms on the dashboard heat vents. Certified ordered the parts, when parts arrived certified came to pick up my vehicle from work, made the repair& returned my vehicle to me. All without any charges. Awesome dealership to work with. what great service. They should be everyone’s go to place for service. I drive 30 minutes to go there and it is so worth it. Knowledgeable and trustworthy. When you take it in for service take a few minutes and walk around their lot and see all the awesome cars they have. You will probably find at least one auto you would want to buy.

I purchased a vehicle about 14 months ago and loved it, but needed something different. I called Justin Prinzbach (sales- front window left corner desk-I’ve used him now for 4 vehicles) along with Eric-sales (financial guy) and wonderful Will, who deals with all the boring back paperwork!
What makes them outstanding, there’s really so many reasons I could list. For me, the rapid response and willingness to JUST HELP, even if you don’t have a clue, me! So, I purchased a vehicular thinking i would like it, I hated it (my fault)! I texted Justin at 9pm, left a message that probably wasn’t the nicest and they had me in a new different AWESOME vehicle in less then 24 hours, no additional money, no return fee on first vehicle, no PUSHBACK, just come on in we pulled some vehicles we think you’ll like and I was driving away within 24 hours and I now love the new truck!
This whole team makes it worth taking a ride, if they don’t have the vehicle they will find it. Everything about working with these guys was spot on! I will use them rest of my life for my vehicle purchase and I am not a relative-or spouse of an employs, I am just completely thrilled with them ALL!! Good luck to all!!
