I purchased a 2015 Dodge Challenger R/T Plus from Anthony at Certified & the car was just what I was looking for. It was a pleasure to deal with Certified and the car only came with 1 key fob from the previous owner but they shared the cost with me to acquire a second key which I thought was fair due to the cost of the extra fob.

Got the SUV we were looking for and a smooth easy process. Thank you to Charlie and Angelina for making everything seamless.

Note the vehicle was not properly detailed and after we got home found even more that was missed. That in itself was very lousy. Thinking this wasn’t as great as it started. Also vehicle only came with one key after we were told keys are in it.

While traveling for work, my vehicle’s tire was losing air. Service Manager Chris Satarian was incredibly accommodating in getting my vehicle into the service department and quickly diagnosing the issue as a faulty valve stem.

The team replaced the valve stem and even delivered my vehicle back to me at my meeting location. That level of customer care and convenience is truly exceptional.
