Purchased an Artesian Spa from the Jacksonville store. Susan and JC were very receptive to our many questions and did whatever was needed to make our experience the best possible. Minor delay in getting the right cover but Susan was more than accommodating to our inconvenience.
The Technician (Greg) was very respectful and professional in setting the hot tub up.
As it is new I can’t rate any repair services as of yet but I am hopeful I will have just as good an experience.

I’ve been researching above ground pools for awhile and knew what I wanted when I went in the store. I didn’t go anywhere else because of their excellent reputation. Susan greeted us, explained the process of getting the pool, explained the differences between the pools, what we would need, and didn’t try to “upsale” us. In the end, we decided on the perfect size pool for our yard and did upgrade to a higher quality ladder with safety features and a better filtration system. I did not feel pressured and was given time to make our decision; one we will love for many years!
