This place is amazing in every aspect and everything they do. This is by far one of the safest places to be to have any type of oral surgery procedure done. Dr Williams and his staff are very knowledgeable and helpful during the whole process!

My 18-year daughter had all four impacted wisdom teeth removed. She was very nervous, and I was too. The staff took their time to thoroughly explain the process and answer our questions. Everything went smoothly and Dr Williams took time to brief me on her surgery post-op. I feel that we could not have been in better hands and would absolutely recommend Dr Williams.

I had 2 teeth extracted. I found Dr. Williams to be thorough in analyzing my problem and skilled in the removal. He discussed implants but I did not feel pressured and in fact he suggested at most I would only find 1 implant necessary. His staff was informative and cordial. The atmosphere in the office was calming. Postop teaching was helpful. I had minimal postop pain. I would recommend Dr. Williams without any reservation.

Dr. Williams and his team are wonderful! They addressed all my concerns and explained every step of the procedure beforehand. Dr. Williams is a highly skilled surgeon and is incredibly kind. I got my wisdom teeth taken out exactly a week ago and it was such a pleasant experience thanks to Dr. Williams and his staff! I was terrified but they explained every step to me then next thing I knew I was waking up from the surgery. I got 3 wisdom teeth removed and I had no pain whatsoever throughout this entire week. I also had no swelling. They even called me later in the day after my surgery to check to see how I was doing. I’ve called them with a few questions regarding recovery and they are very quick to answer. I would highly recommend Dr. Williams to everyone!

Dr. Williams did a good job explaining everything to me regarding the procedure before I went in and ease of booking the surgery was a 10/10. Given his medical background, I made the right decision in selecting him and bonus points for being located in the hospital so no worries there! I recommend him to anyone in Columbus needing oral surgery.

Outstanding service! We were able to be seen quickly and schedule within 2 weeks for a wisdom teeth extraction. They took their time explaining the process which helped ease our concerns. Would definitely recommend!!!

Dr Williams was excellent my procedure went as planned, no pain and my healing time was exactly as explained and expected. My only issue was that I was asked to pay 140.00 up front and was told that it might be a few dollars off that I would have to pay or get reimbursed. a few weeks later I got a bill for a little over 100.00. I don't consider that a few dollars. over a great procedure just be aware of the billing.

I've had an excellent experience from the first phone call! Dr. Williams and his staff are friendly and run at a high level. They've helped me navigate through the insurance hoops, and I have a clear understanding of my benefits and treatment plan.

*On a side note, they have one of the nicest waiting areas of any Dr's office I've ever been to : )
