Thank you Leah, it’s always a pleasure to work with good people such as yourself.
Absolutely wonderful job Everything looked great when he was done. Everything put back where it was when finished will definitely call again when needed. .
I sent a text to several power washing companies and Brett got to me right away. He came out to the house and explained everything to me. Came out in two days and did an outstanding job. Brett even did a test on my deck to make sure the soft soap wouldn’t lighten up the wood. Great guy , telling you everything upfront about the process and when he could be there to do the job. He also took care of my storage building. Absolutely beautiful job.
Brett did a fantastic job on our house. The house is clean and the deck is fantastic. This was so much better than doing pressure washing. Our screened porch screens were green and now look new.
Two story house and shop was pressure washed in February so we could put our house on the market. The weather turned off to freezing temps and blustery wind! I thought for sure he would reschedule! Nope!!! Showed up and worked all day in freezing temps (even did the concrete before it iced over!) If weather allows or doesn’t allow, he still shows up and does a great job! He even offered and came back after the storm and redid the sidewalks at no charge!
I appreciate Mr. Dobbins coming out on his day off to handle my roof issue. He was prompt and professional. He is a hard worker.Thankful for his honesty and the fact he did not take advantage of me as some in the past have done. We need more people like him.
Mr. Dobbins with Mountain Top Property Maintance did an excellent job of washing and cleaning my metal roof. I appreciate the professional manner in which he conducted business.

We contacted Mr. Dobbins to pressure wash the driveway. He was on time and worked until the job was done. The drive looks as if it were new!
We’ve used Mountain Top twice and would recommend them for any pressure washing needs. They did a great job on the house, driveway, sidewalks, and deck.
Mountain Top Properties Maintenance did an excellent job! They cleaned all the leaves off my roof thoroughly and then blew everything out of my yard, leaving the entire property looking clean and well cared for. This company did an excellent job going above and beyond our expectations! We had a lot of siding facing the north side and it was very high from the ground. Brett made it look brand new again! We highly recommend him.
