I rented a 5by5 unit for 10 months. The costs are 29$ admin fee, first month 1$ then 39$ for the first 9 months (price guarantee). The rent went to 54$ on the 10th month, and I think it was a reasonable market rate. The site is convenient; pathways and units are clean. Kristi was helpful and quick in replying.
They do require insurance and my renter's insurance covered it. They prorated my last month's rent and refunded me, which I wasn't expecting and find it very pleasant.
We've used it for quite some time now. Hours are convenient, staff are helpful, overall a great experience renting the space.

I leased a storage unit for approximately 24 months. Staff is always friendly and attentive, if I forgot to make a payment they where on top of sending reminders (they do not have auto payment which can be inconvenient if you have lots of bills) however the payment portal is easy to use & instantly updates the system which I love. Over all I highly recommend this storage facility, we never had any issues in regards to safety and location. 10/10 would use them again.
