By far one of the most professional, clean and secure storage locations around Santa Clara County! We outgrew our current unit (due to combing households) and Linda guided us through the process and knew the perfect size up and location within the complex! She made the upgrade seamless for us and was very accommodating and knowledgeable. Thank you Linda for making a stressful situation easy and stress-free:)

This company has a website and it was very easy to reserve a unit online. The response/confirmation was quick to come in your email. They have a code to give you, and you can buy the lock from them. The staff who assisted me onsite was accommodating. She taught me on how to get to my unit using the code and showed me how to lock and unlock my unit. Everything was easy.

I called this location and spoke with Zyra, who gave me all the information I needed over the phone. Once I arrived, she worked with everything I needed and gave me a great deal!

I also spoke with Katy over the phone—she is who I usually go to wherever I need something and she was great and informative as always. Even though it was a busy weekend, they got back to me quickly and did not disappoint. Excellent service all around!

They are on top of it all. I called in cutting it close to closing time and man oh man. They helped me get all set up that when i showed up i was all set! 5 star service for sure. I rented my unit from your Stone Street store. Katie was the representative. She greeting me with a genuine smile and was eagar to help. She was kind and knowledgeable. I am a teacher and she did everything in her power to give me a good deal. I was grateful Bay Area Storage gives teachers and seniors discounts. Because of the discount and promotion, my monthly fee is doable. I have already told another teacher friend hoping I will get the tell a friend promotion, haha! You can teach someone how to do a job but you cannot teach genuine customer service. Katie embodies what customer care should be. Thank you, Katie for a terrific experience.

I was in need of a storage unit! after living in my rental (4 bedroom House) for the last 18 years I was not going to be able to cram all my belongings into an two bedroom apartment …wasn’t gonna happen! Upon arriving at this facility, I was met with Linda, the store manager.

I have to start off by saying she has such an amazing welcoming personality. Her positive attitude is contagious. She helped me with my storage needs. She was very thorough. She walked me through the property. The property is very nice. It looks brand new and extremely clean. One of the things I noticed while touring the property was Linda knew most of the renters that were on the property by name. I thought was wonderful. Throughout my three visits to the property to Linda was on site.

Always very helpful and again, a really nice attitude I recommended three of my friends!

Linda was extremely helpful with the sign up process online. I was having trouble signing up and she took the time to walk me through the process. I was able to complete the registration process online in less than 15 minutes. Great introductory prices! I am happy I choose Bay Area Self Storage!

Bay Area Self Storage is easily the best storage company I’ve used—nothing else compares. I’ve had multiple units at the Curtner location and have also used the Cupertino location, and both have consistently exceeded expectations.

The staff (past and present) have always been helpful, respectful, and genuinely great to work with. They’re level-headed, professional, and make the whole experience feel easy—especially on exhausting days when the last thing you want is stress.

The facilities are clean, well maintained, and never give off that “dirty” or uncomfortable vibe that some storage places do. I also really appreciate the longer entry hours. I don’t feel rushed or forced into only weekend access because of limited gate times—my schedule doesn’t always allow that, and this has been a huge benefit.

What originally brought me here was vehicle storage. Everywhere else I looked felt pointless—vehicles left outside collecting dust, exposed to rodents and UV damage, and with little real oversight or security. Curtner was a complete upgrade. I was able to store my vehicle inside my locked unit, indoors, with fire suppression features. Another big plus: the drive-up units don’t feel flimsy—no cheap wood dividers or weak materials like you see at other facilities.

After 10 years with them, I can confidently say Bay Area Self Storage (especially Curtner) has earned my trust. Highly recommended.
