I arrived without an appointment spur of the moment, kind of arrival. However Fromthe moment that I Walked on the property, there was Katy truly the epitome of a genuine professional, and wonderfully welcoming. it is, though she took the course on the values of customer service and passed that course with an A+. She was certainly. a pleasure to work with, granted she didn’t have a full array of inventory for storage Units but what she had she was forthcoming and informative. She provided her expertise in showing me exactly where my storage unit is located. I could not have asked for a better representative to provide me with the storage unit facility to welcome me there. Without a doubt I would recommend her service and this company facility as they have from what I understand four facilities throughout the Bay Area. With that said I encourage and highly recommend them so look them up and if you’re around Monterey Rd & Blossom Hill in south San Jose certainly I recommend Katie as your sales representative for All your storage needs thank you Katie. Bay Area unit manager, Frank provided us with such an amazing and very excellent customer service satisfaction. He gave us different options of storage sizes, prize differences, advantages and disadvantages. Frank was so patient to answer all our questions that best served us. After walking us through the storage sizes options, he provided us with the cart that made our move easy and convenient. He is the reason why I recommended my daughter to use Bay Area Storage. From start to finish the team was helpful, friendly, and responsive when I was choosing a unit and navigating available sizes, which made the whole process much easier. The property is clean, well-maintained, and secure with bright lighting and gated access, so I felt confident leaving my belongings there. Prices are competitive, and they even offer specials that made my first month affordable. Access hours are convenient, and the on-site manager was knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. Parking around the units made loading and unloading stress-free, and the overall atmosphere felt professional yet welcoming. It’s a solid choice for reliable storage in San Jose.

This place is great! Good pricing and very clean. The gate hours are good, it’s until 9p. They have a truck that can be used once for moving in. You just have to replace the gas. Anthony is a really nice guy, friendly manager and the phone support is good too!

This is my 2nd time using Bay Area Self Storage and I'm very happy with the help I've received getting my unit fast and easy. The onsite manager is an awesome guy. I'm trust my belongings here clearly coming back again. ☺️

Honestly? The smoothest ever process of getting my items into storage with a *really* short notice. Anthony was in contact with me the whole time and he was so kind and helpful, even though I was bothering him on the weekend! He patiently walked me through the whole process, helped me with the first time access steps, and was so cheerful and friendly, it was a delight on an otherwise somber day! The layout is very convenient (with a slightly tricky entrance right next to the speedway gas station) and thanks to Anthony, the process was a breezy one!

Anthony and all of the staff thst I have worked with are all very nice and helpful. Always got a smile and sometimes good advice just in general. This location Bernal is s as Los one of the cleanest facilities . Thank you for all that you do!!!!
