I had a great experience with Bay Area Storage in the Belmont/San Carlos location. From my first phone call, Jose, who I believe is the area manager, was professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful in answering all of my questions. He took the time to explain my options and made the process easy and stress-free.

When I visited the facility, Zyra, the onsite manager, was equally welcoming and helpful. She provided excellent customer service, was attentive to my needs, and made sure I had all the information I needed. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and felt secure.

It's clear that both Jose and Zyra care about their customers and take pride in providing a positive experience. I highly recommend Bay Area Storage in Belmont/San Carlos to anyone looking for a storage facility with outstanding service and professional staff.

Zyra manages matters with a smile, and this warmth spans all steps in the process of a securing a unit from a phone call follow up to an in person meeting for viewing the prospective rental spot to signing up for the rental and to the completion of the rental experience. Zyra focuses on how each moment comes with a kind consideration of what's best for the customera. The drive-up units work as well as some of interior units down a short hallway. Another sense with a BASM renting is how integrated the customer service team is with Bay Area Self Storage experience as phone call follow ups occur in a timely manner.

Note there are two properties across from another with BASM Storage --one is in Belmont and the other across the street is in San Carlos. The 100 Industrial address is where the office is situated.

For sure with the plethora of rental options in this area, Bay Area Self-Storage is a step up because of the presences of Zyra!

I came in a bit unorganized and all over the place and Zyra was extremely patient and kind while helping me get everything in order. As she showed me to my unit there was another client there who Zyra warmly greeted by name. I am happy i chose this facility to keep my personal belongings due to the care and cleanliness. 10/10 recommend!

I've had many different units at many different places and hands down bay area self storage has treated me the best ! All 5 stars goes to Zyra the manager at the Belmont location who has helped me and made my stay here very pleasant . She has been so helpful and understanding I'm so glad to have her being in charge over my stuff in a unit at bay area self storage . She's a true leader and makes me feel like my things are safe and she's very professional and a boss lady! Glad this place has a manager like Zyra . Over all this facility is very clean and organized.

Ok so I have fallen behind a little. And I have also been at this place for a very long time, the young lady that works the office has been so helpful to me in getting my account up to date. She has gone above and beyond in helping me. So this goes out to ZYNA you are amazing and excellent at what you do for your customers

Zara is an amazing costumer service employee. She is kind and very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend anyone to come in who needs a storage space. She will take care of you. She is a great asset to the company.

Zyra was extremely helpful and made sure we were happy with our new unit location and size.

I’ve had a great experience with this storage facility. The property is spotless, organized, and feels well-managed. The customer service is outstanding, especially thanks to Zyra, she’s incredibly kind, helpful, and always has a great attitude. It’s rare to find people who genuinely care, and she really makes everything easier. Highly recommended.

Zyra was amazing! I had made a reservation online and she showed me the space, answered all my questions and gave me all the relevant info, efficiently handled all the paperwork, and had me all set up with my code in less than 20 mins or so. Also somehow made the process of renting a storage unit fun!
