When my sister rented an storage with Little Orchard Self Storage I was very concerned about the location due to the homeless population around the area. I must admit I was extremely and super impressed at how secure this location is!!! I feel safe entering, leaving but especially I feel at peace knowing my items are safe and secure.

Easy on line set up. Did not take long to go through the process and to get the paperwork set up. Very friendly and helpful. The unit was clean and ready to go when I showed up. The location is great just around the corner from Walgreens and is easily accessible.

Well, I don't necessarily dislike having to do things like this, but it's not my favorite... but rarely do I actually enjoy it... however, this time, I actually did!!!

Prior to getting our storage unit, I had spoken to Anthony on the phone a couple of times. He was always pleasant and so helpful! He went above and beyond when we met in person to make sure we got everything completed in the timeframe that we needed. Excellent customer service and so far we are very happy the unit and location!
Think Kati was so very nice and kind. She was also helpful in a lot of ways. I have two storage's there and both her and the big guy Anthony have been very kind and helpful to both myself and my husband.
