I highly recommend Castro Valley storage. The facility is very clean and safe and well run. The staff is extremely friendly and very efficient. Rachel took great care in helping me select the right unit for my needs and the manager Melissa takes great pride in the facility and treats you like a friend instead of a customer. The Agent Melissa was very nice and helpful although the lift was not working at the time and it was hot inside the facility she explained a tech was called out to service my husband had to carry our belongings up a flight of stairs I am rating base on her professional and friendly services.
Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. The premise is clean and has sprinklers, in addition to alarm system. I highly recommend the storage facility if and when you need one.
