I highly recommend this place above all others, and for many reasons—but most of all because of the exceptional customer service provided by John. From day one, he went above and beyond. He's honest, friendly, compassionate, and truly one of the kindest people I've ever met.
We spent over a month shopping around—from San Jose to Gilroy—and ultimately chose this location. Not only was the price the best we found, but the facility is also clean, secure, and well-maintained. I never once had to worry about my belongings. Choosing this storage location was one of the best decisions I’ve made, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience.

Great Space
I had a wonderful experience with All Safe. It was my first time renting a small storage unit. The process for renting the unit (and vacating it) was easy. John and Brad were both very helpful. The unit was clean and it seemed safe everytime I was on property. Competitive prices and access times!

This is an amazing facility. The staff goes above and beyond to assist you. They genuinely care about their customers, and are willing to work with you to come to a solution to almost anv issue or concern. I highly recommend this facility. There is no other like it!!
Brad is very nice, helpful and polite. You can borrow a truck to move your items which is great. I received a discount on my first 3 months and I like that my payment is every 3 months versus a monthly payment.

I've had my unit here for more than 5 years and have only had my rental fee increased once. The storage areas are relatively well-lit and in a safe, residential area of town. The on-site management have always been helpful & friendly. My one complaint is their hours of operation. I'd like it if I was able to access my unit 24 hours a day, instead of only during certain hours, which change seasonally. Otherwise, I'm very satisfied with their services.
