Great customer service, great prices and the facility feels quite safe. I had the pleasure of working with Karen, and she was so incredibly helpful, super kind and i know that I'll will be able to reach out to her and receive great service in the future. I highly recommend this place. If they have any availability, get in while you can. Their units get booked quickly!

This place is a great value for all the features you get, including clean, indoor units with roll up doors and bolt-cutter proof locks; large, easy to maneuver carts; elevators; security cameras and alarms. Plus the staff is friendly and helpful.
Karen is so helpful and polite! Such a great experience with Hopper Self Storage. Ideal location, clean grounds and ample security. All around a great storage and staff. Ed is always running around keeping things neat and tidy and giving me tips on environmentally friendly weed killer. Thanks for everything you guys!

This place is bright and clean and new and feels safe. But that is not even the best part. The best part is Karen at the front desk. She is a superstar. Kind and helpful and genuinely feels like she wants to be there and wants to help. A real asset, a treasure. This is the kind of customer service I was looking for and didn’t know existed anymore.

11-12-2025 update. I have been here for 10 years and I have never had a problem. I have 3 unts and just moved into a 4th. A larger unit with and office and bathroom. I love this place. Karen the on site manager is great to work with.

The lady at the desk was extremely helpful with the paperwork. Friendly atmosphere. The office was very clean. The grounds were well maintained. The storage unit was nice and clean . I would give it a higher score than 5 stars I would give it 11 stars
