Warm springs self storage management is well organized. Getting a unit is a breeze from start to finish. The place is neat and smells good. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a place for your belongings.

Small but decent facility good location , seen a rat in my storage twice with in an 18 month period . I gave 3/5 because after storing my belongings here nearly two years they told me I could only access my storage 2 hours a day and accused me of loitering & threatened eviction while paying nearly four hundred dollars a month while attempting to organize my things a couple days a week . Damion the on site manager is great the upper management is not they treat you like a criminal instead of a customer . I give three stars for location facility & on site manager being pretty good . Also every summer they will raise your price 20% .

All has been top notch in my stay here - facility, staff, rates. The only reason I left was that my sister moved so I no longer had a reason to drive this far to my stored stuff. Recommend without hesitation.

The staff member was attentive and put in the effort to ensure that my inquiries were answered and that all the specifics of being a unit holder were explained thoroughly . I was informed about possible introductory rates and specials without asking (always a bonus to have this happen).

We just moved out of our unit after 25 years -- yes, that's not a typo -- with Warm Springs Self Storage. The reason was that we've relocated to a more distant part of the greater Bay Area, and felt it best to consolidate storage closer to home. But in all the time we were with Warm Springs Self Storage we always found the staff (through several changes of managers over the years) unfailingly helpful, personable, and responsive. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the facility.

I used this storage facility for 10 years and I just recently closed my unit because I got a bigger house with room for storage. I would completely recommend the storage facility-- it's very secure and is monitored all the time. The service is friendly--anytime you need anything they will help you. And unlike other storage places that are not protected this is completely safe! If you need storage this is the place to go. Prices are very reasonable too!

Love this place! Well maintained, safe, good location. The people working there are lovely, great customer service. We have been with them for 3 years and our family has been with them for over 10 years. Never had any issues!
