Great people to work with. No availability when I called but they put me on a list and called me as soon as a spot came available which ended up being perfect timing.
I have been renting a storage unit from Church Road Storage for quite awhile. I have had the best luck with them. My stuff has been kept safe and I don't have to really worry about people just breaking in like I would if it was somewhere else. Hopefully this continues to be a safe place. The people who run it are really nice and very helpful. They check on the units each day when they do a walk through. It's also close to my home. I would recommend these units if you need one.
This place is very nice. Easy to get in and out of, new and very clean. Very spacious lot for maneuvering trailers etc, doors work very easily. Friendly human staff when renting was a plus. Overall very pleased.
This facility has a great staff, very friendly and always helpful. The units are very accessible, very clean and available in many sizes to accommodate your storage needs. The best part is that you have access to your storage unit 24 hours a day!

The operators have tremendous common sense. No hidden fees or required locks to rent. No extra cost for 24 hour access. The storage facilities always clean and well conditioned. They’re locally owned.

They are very professional and the two units we rent were very clean and included locks and keys. It was a very easy and convenient rental process. Would highly recommend.

Today was my move in day with Church Road Storage. I was moving on a Sunday which is the one day a week the office is closed. Upon arrival we had issues with the gate code. We were surprisingly able to contact someone through their Facebook page who promptly offered a solution.
During the process of moving in, it was discovered by me that there was a mistake and the payment for my unit wasn't received, therefore my lease was not finalized. The person I spoke with not only offered me a temporary solution, they put me in touch with the manager who politely and quickly reached out to me finalizing my lease, and helping make sure we had everything set and done for my move in. All on the one day a week they are closed.
Not only did they promptly help me fix this and move in without a problem and even though this was not a wrongdoing on their end, they even offered me a discount to offer their condolences for the inconvenience and honestly it showed they are willing to go above and beyond. But, they did not have to offer this because I do not feel there was any wrongdoing on their part and they did so well solving it.
I would 10 out of 10 recommend this facility. The units are in pristine condition and I've only rented one day and already have full confidence in the staff. They are impeccable.
