Today was my move in day with Church Road Storage. I was moving on a Sunday which is the one day a week the office is closed. Upon arrival we had issues with the gate code. We were surprisingly able to contact someone through their Facebook page who promptly offered a solution.
During the process of moving in, it was discovered by me that there was a mistake and the payment for my unit wasn't received, therefore my lease was not finalized. The person I spoke with not only offered me a temporary solution, they put me in touch with the manager who politely and quickly reached out to me finalizing my lease, and helping make sure we had everything set and done for my move in. All on the one day a week they are closed.
Not only did they promptly help me fix this and move in without a problem and even though this was not a wrongdoing on their end, they even offered me a discount to offer their condolences for the inconvenience and honestly it showed they are willing to go above and beyond. But, they did not have to offer this because I do not feel there was any wrongdoing on their part and they did so well solving it.
I would 10 out of 10 recommend this facility. The units are in pristine condition and I've only rented one day and already have full confidence in the staff. They are impeccable.
