Their chairs must be really relaxing that they don’t feel like getting out of them and helping the customer. I wanted to buy the Anthros chair, but the salesperson did not want to get out of their reception chair to explain me things. He was only answering my questions while sitting relaxed on his chair far away. I couldn’t figure out the recline test by myself so I left and ordered from Herman miller. He did answer a few of my questions (while laying back) so kudos to that!

I had a great experience at the Bellevue Relax the Back store. I went in with unusual seating needs and the store manager helped me identify the right chair and I’ve never been so comfortable in an office chair in my life. Despite a handful of hangups that weren’t their fault, the store kept in good contact with me about what was happening. I’m sitting in it (a Lifeform chair) as I type this and will never buy a different brand.

I bought two Zero Gravity recliners from this store a few years ago.they are wonderful high quality chairs and so comfortable. We even can sleep in them when needed.

Visited this store around 11:00am last week looking for a new ergonomic desk chair. Store was empty, minus 1 employee behind the counter at a computer. Zero greeting. Started looking at chairs, trying them out, zero acknowledgement. After 5 minutes, got up to leave, headed towards the door, employee still staring at his computer. If you want people to buy chairs at your store, you have to at least say "HELLO" to them when they walk in.

I love my new chair. I’ve been having sciatica
issues for the last 2 years. I sit at a desk sometimes 10+ hours a day. The chair, footrest and the book that I purchased from Relax the Back is helping me see progress that I haven’t seen in a long time. My sales person, and store manager Will was extremely helpful, listened to my preferences and help me find a chair that truly met my needs. Not only that, he gave me amazing curbside service wrapped up the chair in plastic, and placed it in my truck for me. The purchasing went very smoothly. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. I feel like we received a good deal. The delivery was set for the next day and I would be called to let me know when they would be coming. The next day came and by noon, I still had no call. I called the store twice and left messages but no one called me back. I called a third time and finally got a person who said the driver would call me. He did call right away. But they weren't going to deliver until 7:30 p.m. So we rescheduled for the next day. The day of delivery went very smoothly and the chair was assembled perfectly. I love my perfect chair and enjoy it everyday.

Like the product and the sales personnel. I wish Pricing was more transparent during the process - but you learn the price at the end, which i sort of expected having purchased a chair for myself in the past. My wife does love the chair and that is all that is important.

this chair replaced a 27 year old version that finally broke. love the new chair. we were disappointed with the communications from sales on a couple of frustrating manufacturer delivery delays, but the store delivery guy Gerald saved they day with excellent communications and follow thru. he is a star!!!!

William was very helpful with reviewing the features of a variety of "zero-gravity" recliner chairs for us. We entered his shop with the intent of at least getting some preliminary information on this type of chair that our chiropractor recommended to us for back issues. We decided, however, that the time was right to purchase a specific chair that was being offered for sale at an attractive discount. William organized the expeditious transfer of a chair from his warehouse for assembly and loading in our vehicle for the trip home to Anacortes.
