BEYOND disappointed in service and staff. Ordered a custom chair for my husband in May and the salesman said I'd have it by 6/16....I proactively called yesterday to check the status and they informed me it's now not coming til 6/26. I asked to cancel and she said "I have to talk to my manager and call you back, never did! I called back AGAIN and left a message, and guess what?!?! THEY NEVER CALLED ME BACK! You'd think if someone is spending $4500 on a single chair there would be some customer "service" to go along with it. Save your time and money and go where your business is appreciated.

I recently bought a Technogel bed and an adjustable bed frame from the Relax The Back store in Bellevue. I love the bed, and it continues to give me great sleep. The most important reason for my review is to give a shout out to William, the owner who went way beyond what is normally expected of a company that deals in sales and delivery. William is a rare person in the business world with such integrity and caring. He did everything possible to help me achieve a move with as little disruption as possible, and bent over backwards to pick up my old bed and delivered it to my daughter when she moved. I cannot give him enough praise. He is knowledgeable, trustworthy and runs a business that is worth patronizing.

Every part of my interaction with Relax the Back has been great. William was so helpful when I was looking in the store and helped deliver the chair as well. My physical therapist recommended getting a new desk chair. I went to Relax the Back and within less than an hour, drove home with a new chair. The store manager, William McClinton, was so helpful. His no pressure style was great. He allowed me to try out several chairs, while he pointed out the differences. I went home with confidence that I had made the right choice.

William, the owner, couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful in adapting to my situation in moving and having the delivery right when I needed it. He is a wonderful person and has extended great service towards me. I so appreciate his willingness to be flexible. I love my bed, and can't give William as much praise as he deserves.

I have been in severe pain with a neck injury and I was hoping to finally get some help by checking out chairs at relax the back. It’s extremely difficult for me to ride in vehicles but we decided it was worth a trip for long term benefit. We drove from Seattle 25 minutes each way. We arrived at 3:15. There was a sign-up saying that the store was closed until 3:45. It took a lot for me to come out here, and it seems weird for a store marketed at helping individuals with pain to be closed randomly midday for :45+. Very frustrating on top of a long frustrating recovery.

Their chairs must be really relaxing that they don’t feel like getting out of them and helping the customer. I wanted to buy the Anthros chair, but the salesperson did not want to get out of their reception chair to explain me things. He was only answering my questions while sitting relaxed on his chair far away. I couldn’t figure out the recline test by myself so I left and ordered from Herman miller. He did answer a few of my questions (while laying back) so kudos to that!

I had a great experience at the Bellevue Relax the Back store. I went in with unusual seating needs and the store manager helped me identify the right chair and I’ve never been so comfortable in an office chair in my life. Despite a handful of hangups that weren’t their fault, the store kept in good contact with me about what was happening. I’m sitting in it (a Lifeform chair) as I type this and will never buy a different brand.

Great advice and care from

Manager William. My husband needed an ergonomic chair to relieve extreme pain from back and sciatica. William found us the perfect chair. He even gave me a great discount as a returning customer! I bought two Zero Gravity recliners from this store a few years ago.they are wonderful high quality chairs and so comfortable. We even can sleep in them when needed.

Excellent advice and care from manager William. My husband has severe sciatica and back pain and needed an ergonomic office chair. William explained the pros and cons of several chairs and even gave me a great discount as a returning customer!

I bought two Zero Gravity recliner chairs from this store a free years ago and love them.

Visited this store around 11:00am last week looking for a new ergonomic desk chair. Store was empty, minus 1 employee behind the counter at a computer. Zero greeting. Started looking at chairs, trying them out, zero acknowledgement. After 5 minutes, got up to leave, headed towards the door, employee still staring at his computer. If you want people to buy chairs at your store, you have to at least say "HELLO" to them when they walk in.

I love my new chair. I’ve been having sciatica

issues for the last 2 years. I sit at a desk sometimes 10+ hours a day. The chair, footrest and the book that I purchased from Relax the Back is helping me see progress that I haven’t seen in a long time. My sales person, and store manager Will was extremely helpful, listened to my preferences and help me find a chair that truly met my needs. Not only that, he gave me amazing curbside service wrapped up the chair in plastic, and placed it in my truck for me. So refreshing to see a personal experience from a retail store as it doesn’t happen as much as it used to back in the day. Well done Will and team!

I’ve had my LeBlanc chair for a few months now, and it’s truly been life-changing. Before and after my spinal fusion, I spent nearly all of my leisure time in my adjustable bed. This chair provides the same level of comfort and support—if not better—and has allowed me to enjoy my living room again after years of avoiding it.

I’m especially grateful to William, the manager, whose kindness and guidance helped me find the perfect chair for my needs. I couldn’t be happier with my experience.

The purchasing went very smoothly. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. I feel like we received a good deal. The delivery was set for the next day and I would be called to let me know when they would be coming. The next day came and by noon, I still had no call. I called the store twice and left messages but no one called me back. I called a third time and finally got a person who said the driver would call me. He did call right away. But they weren't going to deliver until 7:30 p.m. So we rescheduled for the next day. The day of delivery went very smoothly and the chair was assembled perfectly. I love my perfect chair and enjoy it everyday.
