Excellent staff in every way although the stay was brief due to my sweet husband going to meet Jesus.
Overall staff did good job but a few were so focused on their objectives that they didn't take into account the special health challenges that I face daily, or they were just skeptical.
Care with kindness is the theme I chose to use to remember the time my mom spent on the rehab side of their facility. I can't say enough about how well they served us. Were they perfect? No, but pretty close.
Everyone has been great. Helping with whatever I needed. I couldn’t ask for any more . The Nurses ,CNA and Pt and OT were all great.

Caring staff
We are so incredibly grateful our dad is being given such high quality care and support at Englewood. We love Brittany and Renae, his nurses and Susan from the mailroom. She reads him his letters from us while letting him old the service dogs. They are so great about communication when it comes to any changes with Dad. We can’t say enough great things about this facility and their staff. We feel so blessed! Sincerely Sherrie and Siblings

I'm not sure what event or process is being reviewed. I am very pleased with the care being provided to our loved one. Tiffany, the LPN Charge Nurse on Unit One, is outstanding. She goes the extra mile.
My uncle stayed here until he passed. My mother has been their since 2018. I am so very satisfied with the care, treatment and love that they receive! They always answer any questions that I have. I cannot express enough my love and appreciation that my loved ones have been shown. Thanks so much! It means the world to not have to worry about my loved ones!!
Everyone there is so very nice. Every single Nurse/employee there treats my mother like family. Even when I come visit, they treat me the same way. I couldn't have asked for a better place for my mom to be. She is so happy there and most of all she don't feel alone anymore. I'm still learning everyone's name, but shout out to Laura, Bonita, Amanda, the physical therapist and if I could remember the rest of the names, they would all be listed but it's been 2 weeks so I'm still trying myself to learn names.
There were so caring for our mother while she was there for rehab. All the CNA and nurses and the therapy people were amazing.
Pleased with most things. The attitude of some nurses needs improving. I think patients need more one on one care.
