Move-in process was so easy! The property was clean and ready for move-in which was unlike any previous rental experience. Jessica was great and very patient in answering all of our questions. There were a few maintenance issues that needed attended to as we moved in and those were very timely and done within the 1st week. I am very happy to have chosen a rental with Jacob Grant. I see a long-term relationship in our future.
