Andrea, Sandra, and the entire team in Activities are absolutely awesome!

They treat the residents with such love and compassion. It is truly beautiful to see!

I was in the facility this past Saturday visiting a loved one, I was in luck the Business Manager happened to be working. I stopped in her office to ask her about billing and some other questions - I felt bad as I could see she was very busy working on something, I offered to come back she said it was fine she could help me now, she spent about 20 min explaining the billing to me until I understood it, she made it finally make sense, I also had some questions involving Long term insurance - other facilities had made me feel stupid or told me to call my insurance company, she took more time to explain the process and how Benedictines role in long term insurance works, I was so happy she was in that day she answered all our questions, later we were outside enjoying the weather I saw her picking up garbage in the parking lot on the way to her vehicle, if this is how all Benedictine management acts This was the right choice for us, a clean facility and management that cares!! Thanks again for your time Jenn!!

We evaluated several assisted living facilities before settling on Benedictine-Regina. What impressed us during our search was the beautiful clean facility, freshly updated and modern, the friendly staff and the incredibly fast response time when we had questions. It was an easy decision for us. Even before my mom moved in, the staff knew her name when we visited. She felt welcome and comfortable right away. We are so pleased that she is safe and happy there. She can grow into whatever additional care she needs without too much disruption. She has found some fun friends too, which is a huge bonus.

From the tour, to the follow up questions, to the actual move in, the staff has been incredibly helpful and understanding during this emotional transition. Words of encouragement and avenues of support were given at each turn. Kudos to your staff! They are one of a kind! Thank you💜

My uncle started at Regina in Assisted Living and later moved to Long-Term Care, where he eventually passed away. Throughout his entire time at Regina, he never complained about a single thing. His room was always clean, and the care he received was truly exceptional.

Andrea and Joan in Activities are hands down the sweetest employees. Their smiling faces always made his day and brought him so much joy.

Whenever we had financial questions or issues related to long-term care insurance or any billing questions or issues, Jenn in the business office was amazing. She always had an answer or was willing to help in any way she could. As our uncle moved back and forth across the building and financial details changed often, Jenn remained a familiar and trusted face for our family over the years. She went above and beyond, handling the behind-the-scenes work and communicating with insurance companies, which took a huge burden off our family and allowed us to focus on spending time with our uncle.

Brittany in the care center is truly an angel sent from heaven. We will always be grateful to the staff of both the Care Center and Assisted Living for the compassion, kindness, and dignity they showed our uncle and our family. THANK YOU

I took my mother to tour Benedictine Living-Regina and we were both very impressed with the property. They have been updating the common areas and the cafeteria, which looks like a nice restaurant. They have added a workout space as well. Laura was very patient and understanding. She provided us with all of the information we needed and answered all of my mom's questions. The staff is also very friendly and welcoming.

Toured this community with my Grandmother and all the staff were incredibly kind and helpful! They were very accommodating for my Grandma's mobility issues and have a very safe and clean building, I would definitely recommend if you are in the area!

Over the weekend I was in to visit my aunt, I was met by the Business office manager, Jenn as I was confused upon where to go when I entered the building,( I don't usually use the entrance I came in) she was so knowledgeable of the building, so friendly and helpful, while talking to her I had explained my aunts financial situation, even on a Saturday when I'm sure she had a thousand things to do, she brought me right in to her office and walked me through the process of getting financial assistance, and how the facility will help families through the process. I felt so much better after talking to Jenn, I wasn't scared of what might happen to my Aunt if we ran low on funds. Thank you so Much Jenn for your time and kindness your facility is lucky to have you!

My mother loves: the care, the staff,being able to have her furniture and belongings, she also loves the food.

My Mom is thrilled there is a hair dresser to go to. She has made kind friends and feels the support from the staff.

My family and I all feel relief and gratitude that Mom is getting such excellent care.

I have lived here at the Benedictine Living community for one year. I am in independent living. I can and do participate in many of the weekly events. There is a healthy community of people with assisted living and memory care that gathers weekly for live entertainment. There is a great variety of activities planned that are both seasonal and regular. We have daily Mass: Sunday through Friday. I believe Benedictine Living community lives up to its name helping sustain a healthy living community among the many residents who live here.

I toured Benedictine Living Community-Regina. It's a very beautiful facility. The person who brought me to the room and showed it off was very nice and knowledgeable. The rooms are based on cost, and she showed me the least expensive one, which was very small. I mean, you could barely fit well. It was a studio, so that meant that your bed was the main piece of furniture. There was a small kitchenette, but that was it, and a bathroom, and a very small space. She didn't show me any alternative rooms. In other words, if you pay a little bit more money, what size of room would you get for the increase? I don't know whether she didn't have any to show or why she didn't, but the place itself was very clean and well-kept.

Andrea is the best activity leader for my mother . She is kind, loving, patient and caring. I could not do what she does. She is the best. A true asset to your staff. Thank you Andrea for all you do.

Regina is a wonderful and caring place. The residents are able to engage in daily activities and Fridays are usually set aside for musical entertainment. The activity coordinators are wonderful and keep the residents busy. Jessica coordinates many of the activities that my mom takes part in and is wonderful and loved by all. ❤️

Working with Laura and her team as an outside vendor was a remarkable experience. They made it easy to set the date for the presentation and they did an amazing job marketing the event. Laura was so welcoming to work with and she went above and beyond keeping the community informed. Highly recommend!
