My appointment was on time and my appointment took one hour and 20 minutes. Efficient courteous I am very happy and satisfied with my appointment.

This is the first time I've been to the WV Eye Consultants. I was very pleased at how well everyone was working together to make things run smoothly. This is the first time ever that someone in the office has stood up and said "If you are more than 15 minutes past you're appointment let me know and I'll find out why" All the staff was very nice and friendly. Dr Ludlow and his nurse were very professional and had me out of there in no time at all. It was a pleasant experience all around.
