The units are well maintained and in perfect condition. Weather proof for sure. The security gate always works so that is a plus and there are also camera's everywhere. They have a user friendly website so that is helpful. The customer service is really the 5 star part of AAA storage. They worked with me when I was in a situation that was out of my control (due to the snow). I was treated like a person and part of the community not just a storage unit number. Donna
