They are a no nonsense company that does not over sell. They just tell you what is needed and then they get it done. In our case in just one day. So much can go wrong replacing a roof. Nothing went wrong. That was the second roof they installed on this home. If necessary, it will not be the last.

O’Lyn did a great job. They were professional and worked straight through until they were finished. Danny ran the job and the quality of the work was top notch. He was easy to work with and knowledgeable about the work they were doing.

This was our 2nd roof snow management project with O’lyn and the fact that we are back with them for a second project, kind of says it all. We had horrible icicles that used to form but their system completely got rid of it so when we started having snow coming off the side of the house too, there’s no one else to turn to! Because their system actually works!

Dan and Guy were great installers to work with and they came on time and got it done quickly! We also run an Airbnb out of our house so it was really important that they could work within our weird time schedule and they were amazing.

I contacted O'Lyn to replace my aging roof. They got right back to me to set up an appointment. Jake spent an hour explaining everything about the replacement, and addressed my concerns about the ice dams I had noted from last winter. He was also clear about any extra costs if they found they needed to replace any of the decking.

The work was started about a week later. The crew arrived and started work immediately. The project manager was on sight to answer any questions and to address any of my concerns. They put down protection for my A/C, patio, plants and windows. They worked all day and were able to finish my small house in one day. They cleaned up everything, and there was no damage. They did a great job, and the roof looks great! The only extra costs were to replace a couple of boards.

From the first phone call to schedule an estimate, to Jake arriving at my doorstep, I signed the contract for a new roof with him on the spot. The team showed up on a Thursday morning and finished the entire roof project by Friday night. We hired O’Lyn to replace our 150-year-old leaky slate roof on a two-unit house, with a modern, properly-ventilated asphalt shingle roof. Every step of the process was fantastic, from getting a quote to scheduling and permitting to installation and cleanup. The crew did a beautiful job, barely nicked our many plants, and cleaned up really well after the work was finished.
