We had O'Lyn replace our gutters and gutter guards and reposition some of the down spouts. They did a fantastic job and came up with some very helpful solutions for our drainage issues. Our only complaint is a minor one. We would have appreciated more communication with the project manager after the job started. Overall, we are pleased and would use O'Lyn again.

Had our roof replaced by O’Lyn many years ago. Returned to them once again for another roof replacement. The parameters and costs of the job were accurately explained in detail before hand. The work crew led by Steve DeLeon showed up exactly as scheduled, were incredibly efficient, did great quality work, and cleaned up completely. Can’t ask for much more than that.

This is the second time we've had O'Lyn roofing replace the roof on our house. The previous roof lasted the expected lifetime without problems so we went back to O'Lyn this summer for another replacement. As before the crew was quick and neat and we were left with a beautiful new roof. However, in a torrential downpour two days later a little rain came through into our garage where the chimney comes down to the garage floor. My husband thought it was a problem with the chimney flashing. Steve DeLeon came to the house to check and found there was nothing wrong with the flashing. After hosing down the chimney area he diagnosed the problem: there was a slight separation between the chimney and the side of the house above the garage. In a heavy rain with the wind blowing against the roof some water would drop down that gap and into the garage. Steve caulked the area and there should be no further problem. Overall, we are immensely satisfied with O'Lyn Roofing.

I i can't say enough good things about Dan and his crew. They were here at my home. Very early work diligently did cleanup perfectly. Very nice and kept me up-to-date on the progress of the repair. Hi, well, definitely do business with olin again.And certainly recommend them to anybody that needs repairs.

I contacted O'Lyn to replace my aging roof. They got right back to me to set up an appointment. Jake spent an hour explaining everything about the replacement, and addressed my concerns about the ice dams I had noted from last winter. He was also clear about any extra costs if they found they needed to replace any of the decking.

The work was started about a week later. The crew arrived and started work immediately. The project manager was on sight to answer any questions and to address any of my concerns. They put down protection for my A/C, patio, plants and windows. They worked all day and were able to finish my small house in one day. They cleaned up everything, and there was no damage. They did a great job, and the roof looks great! The only extra costs were to replace a couple of boards.

This was our 2nd roof snow management project with O’lyn and the fact that we are back with them for a second project, kind of says it all. We had horrible icicles that used to form but their system completely got rid of it so when we started having snow coming off the side of the house too, there’s no one else to turn to! Because their system actually works!
