We knew something was greatly different about this place when we were warmly greeted at the door. Kham saw us coming in from the parking lot and gladly held the door open for us and welcomed us in.

Kham heard our needs as we were looking for a second storage unit (different from this one) to store a 15 seater van. She looked up our reservation and took us right to the unit. The second one she showed us, we almost knew right then and there that we were going to take it.

Kham was very thorough and easygoing when it came to explaining the process, access hours, and all the stuff.

My son had his belongings stored here for several years when he moved up from LA. He was impressed with all aspects of the facility from the beginning. Office staff were polite and helpful. My son passed away in Dec 2025. With no Will or pre arrangements, handling his affairs have been frustrating. Through this process I must commend Kham for her compassion, patience and understanding while we navigated taking care of things until we were able to access and clear out my son’s storage unit. Had a very pleasant exchange with the lady who assisted me with the lease arrangements. She was very helpful, but there's more. The next day when, I, a older fellow was struggling with the exertion of moving all my stuff including many heavy boxes of books from one storage facility to this better one, this same lady brought out to me a cold bottle of water which I certainly needed. Luckily my unit was in sight of the office where she worked, and I was no doubt a rather pathetic sight but few would have noticed and fewer would have bothered to give the man a bottle of water.

Needed space for a Corporate downsizing project due to Trump tariffs and needed it fast. I went online and saw some specials being run online via Google search near me and reserved a space. When I came into the office at North Milpitas Self-storage I was met by Katie who efficiently and professionally set me up. No upsell, no attitudes, no time-wasting. Even gave me a free cold bottled water on a hot day. I frequently have Corporate setups and office closures and it is nice to know they can help me with the right storage space and quickly. The facility is gated, multi-camera'd, and secured by alarms if you don't code-in and code-out, so it is safe and secure as can be to store our precious and expensive items. The manager at North Milpitas self storage goes above and beyond to help... She helped me at a very stressful time for me to find the size units I needed and made sure I could move in with very short notice.. The units are always impeccably clean and well lite and everything is nice and easy as it can possibly be... I can't say enough about Kam. She is the BEST... You couldn't ask for or find anyone better... She made a VERY DIFFICULT & STRESSFUL time in my life MUCH MUCH EASIER AND I don't know how I would have gotten through that time without her assistance and concern... I would recommend North Milpitas Self Storage, & Kam to anyone who needs to find safe, clean place to store there belongings...

Very straightforward and easy rental process. On-site manager Kham was very nice and efficient. Very clear on pricing and helpful in showing me multiple units I was interested in. I will be a long-time and happy tenant here im sure as they have cameras everywhere and each unit is sensored!! Highly recommend and I will be making referrals to friends and family no doubt. Updated review: As of December 2022, I have zero issues storing my belongings at North Milpitas storage and the facilities are the most secure and clean that I've ever rented from storage companies.

Employees at this place are very professional and very welcoming. I been renting storage units in this place numerous times and feel very satisfy with their service. reguardless if you go in person or on the phone, always my questions, concerns are answered.

Customer service is top tier, everyone is so nice that I’ve interacted with. They’re very nice and flexible and always available to explain things or answer my questions. I appreciate the staff here and how secure things are. One time I left an item for days and had no idea and they saw it was me on camera and kept it and confirmed it was mine when I returned a week later- they didnt have to do this but I appreciate little things like this. It goes a long way.
