The care provided is excellent, they create a plan and are fast at starting and completing the service.

Where they lose it is in the billing department. In the 60 years I have been going to a dentist I have always felt confident that when the dentist said my out of pocket was X it would be X. Here it is kind of like gambling, they quote you a price then you have the service and pay them, then you get the EOB from the insurance company and it says you only owed Y, but when you call them they say because they did things that the insurance did not cover.

These things should be brought up before the service and not " Surprise!" I switched to get a provider on my insurance plan in order to save money, but I actually pay more then when I went to a provider that was not on my insurance plan.

Again, their service is great and they are very skilled, but check every EOB to make sure they are charging you accurately and I would ask that they confirm witj your insurance before the service if anything major is being done. Currently my insurance says I have paid 420 dollars more then I should have, the girl at the desk claims 200.
