Overall, everyone we dealt with over at Midway Storage was very helpful and sweet. This made the initial set up convenient. Loved that I was able to do most of the check in process through their online system, but they were always happy to answer my questions. Would highly recommend.

I've had a storage unit here for a few months now and I really like this place. Their rates are very resonable and Karen is always super friendly when I come in to pay my bill. They also have a pay by phone option that's insanely easy. Would highly recommend this place.

Karen gives excellent customer service above and beyond what is required. I am delighted she is now the manager of Midway. I have had the pleasure of being a customer of hers at a sister storage facility for several years. She is efficient and is an excellent communicator. She helped hand-hold me through the new software platform. The units I rent are clean and well maintained. Karen regularly patrols the facility and is responsive to any concerns I've had.

I've been storing here for almost five 5yrs and absolutely love these folks! Karen has been super helpful since their merger with Gateway earlier this year. She helped walk me through the website to set up auto payments, and when I needed to make an earlier payment, she would help me do that over the phone. Definitely recommend if you need a storage unit!
