A medical emergency occurred while my friend and I were moving a ton of stuff from storage. I dismounted my trailer and rushed him to ER. I called front desk to inform them that I would be back in a few short hours to retrieve my trailer and items. The desk lady informed us that while she understood, we cannot leave our stuff out as it may possibly get stolen, which caused some misgivings but in a complete twist, that same lady then parked her car infront of the trailer and kept watch to make sure no one stole the stuff that was laying out! I had another person come and park infront of the trailer, which is how I know this despite being at a hospital for a couple hours. In the end, my pal got all stitched up, a lesson in safe handling of large objects was learned, my trailer did not get towed, nothing got stolen, and I’m astonished by the service despite initial misgivings. Thank you front desk lady! Whoever you are! Know that your efforts did not go unnoticed and are truly appreciated!

Had the pleasure of speaking with Anna recently and she was amazing to talk to, made me feel right at home. I've called a bunch of places in other areas and no one has answered my call. It either went to vm or it would hang up and this one other place that did answer was kind of pushy and I didn't like that. Definitely will give you guys a try when I get my registration . My first impression of this place is it gives you a family feel .

Great storage business. We started with our travel trailer and our boat. Well maintained lot and accessible with larger trailers. Karen, property manager has been nothing short of amazing, organized, friendly, and helpful. She knows her tenants and we decided to move our storage from another location and have everything under one business for convenience and price. Not a corporate feeling storage company that seems to be taking over all the small businesses. Karen goes out of her way to provide great customer service. Gateway is clean and recently tidy’d up. Highly recommend this location and support local long time business.

She made the process so easy and transparent that we decided to go with this storage facility. Also helped her pup was such sweetie. I’ve worked as a bartender for almost 15 years and it’s not just about selling a product or a service. It’s about establishing a good rapport with your customers and keep the regulars coming back. Very affordable good sized spaces and convenient access right on route 29 in American Canyon. Karen is amazingly friendly, flexible, courteous, and kind. A big savings from the big corporate competitors and easier access right by your unit.
