We recently had Bob’s Heating & Air Conditioning install a ductless mini-split system in our townhome, and overall we had a very positive experience.

Randy handled the initial walkthrough and proposal. He took the time to explain the site constraints, equipment options, indoor head locations, condenser location, HOA considerations, and potential Puget Sound Energy rebates. I had a lot of questions throughout the process, and Randy was patient and helpful as we worked through the details.

Our installers were Brian and Jacob, and I really want to highlight how great they were to work with. They were courteous, transparent, and easy to communicate with throughout the installation. They walked us through the plan, discussed placement and routing options, and were open to adjustments where it made sense. We had a few unexpected coordination items during the install, including some HOA-related confusion, but Brian and Jacob handled everything professionally and kept the project moving.

What I appreciated most was that they were straightforward and honest about what they were doing and why. They worked with us to make sure the final install was clean, functional, and aligned with what we were hoping for. They also cleaned up well and completed the work within the scheduled two-day window.

As someone who works in architecture and has experience around construction, I really appreciated Brian and Jacob’s communication, professionalism, and attention to making sure things were done right. We’re very happy with the final result and would definitely recommend Bob’s Heating & Air Conditioning.

The service technician, ‘Mike Gerlits’, came to fix our tankless water heater within the maintenance fee after we were having intermittent hot water issues. He was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, helpful, and friendly. We truly could not have asked for better service.

We had received quotes from other companies, and some wanted to charge around $800 just to diagnose the issue. Others immediately suggested replacing the entire unit for thousands of dollars (around $7k) without even taking a look.

Bob’s was honest, professional, and actually took the time to help us. We’re extremely grateful for the experience and will definitely use them for any future services going forward. I’ve already shared this experience with our whole neighborhood!

Easy to make appointment, the repair guy showed up before time. He diagnosed the problem with the outer fan unit, ordered the part and scheduled for next weeks appointment. Overall an easy experience.

Great experience with this company. I was told that they are not owned by private equity which already have my trust. Their quote was reasonable considering their credibility. Everyone I've interacted with was friendly and personable. Good warranty and they take great care of you.

Yearly furnace inspection.

Tech called 30 min ahead of arrival. Performed inspections and documented results. Friendly and communicative.

Furnace performance metrics are only tracked on paper, which means its up to the customer to review previous metrics to notice any deviations which might indicate a component is failing. Would be great of this was digitized.

As always Bobs AC to save the day. A huge thank you to Cody who immediately drove over an hour to come fix my AC. He explained to me what was wrong and how old it was and I decided to replace the unit and took care everything for me. And a huge thank you to Nate and Mak who quickly and professionally removed the old unit and installed the new. I'm so pleased with Bob ac service and the staff incredible. Awesome team. On time. Polite. Seemed like a thorough job was done, until we later switched over to a/c from the heat function. The same debris that I'd called to have dealt with came pouring out.
