Staff have always been friendly and helpful! One time I almost fainted and they were quick and happy to help. There’s plenty of equipment and machines. The ONLY issue, and I mean ONLY, is how busy it can get at times. Mostly around 8-10 AM and 5-6 PM. But if you go outside of those times, you’re good!

The Edge in Trumbull is a great place. Rob is consistently present and always ready to answer any questions or address any concerns I may have. He is one of the best managers I've ever met. I met so many managers in the Fairfield branch no one matched Rob. He has a very positive attitude and a helping nature he goes above and beyond. I really admired his hard work and his very friendly nature.

A great gym and even better community. Friendly and attentive staff from the moment you walk in that become like family. Professional and knowledge personal trainers that will help you stick to and accomplish your goals. I was able to finally reach my weight loss goal through the help of my personal trainer - Marisol, who I spent a lovely two years with. Many machines offered and a well-kept facility. One of the managers, Robbie, was a tremendous help anytime I needed it and made my experience here very smooth and enjoyable. Very grateful I chose this gym and can't wait to visit again. Thank you!!

The Edge in Trumbull is a great place to work out. Greg, my trainer, is professional and knowledgeable. He has helped me reach many goals of the 6+ years I have trained with him. The staff is friendly and helpful. My only beef has to do with the corporate part of the club. Some of their membership policies are clunky and not geared to benefit long time members like me. So the 5 starts are for the Trumbull location. If the focus was corporate I would give 4.

I honestly love this gym! The front desk staff, Chris, Marissa, Emma (to name a few) always greet me by name and with a smile.
Rob and the rest of the management staff are consistently present and always ready to answer any questions or address any concerns I may have.
The trainers are awesome—Dominick, Greg, Marisol, Chris, Luis, and so many more. No matter who’s there, I can always count on someone to help. They make me feel comfortable, supported, and challenged in the best way!!
The place is spotless—the bathrooms, the machines, everything. Plus, there’s a wide variety of classes, so there always something to do.
It truly feels more like a community than just a gym, and I couldn’t recommend it enough!
