Thank you for sorting out my watch battery today and testing the pressure adequately and done twice in front of me to verify. Unfortunately I did notice on the top right of the watch was scratched, shown in the attached image, which was likely a consequence of my battery being replaced. I would not recommend for anyone needing the loops of the watch straps replacing as it was just superglued on (which looked very tacky) when I was expecting it to be stitched back (as the reason it detached was because the stitches came off). Reassuringly the staff member onsite offered me a free replacement of a different colour. Overall the interaction was very polite and the main task of replacing the battery was done however I was expecting better from the service.

I recently had an absolutely stellar experience at Timpsons Goodmayes Tesco, all thanks to John! My car key had a particularly frustrating issue – the "knife" part had completely separated from the fob, rendering it unusable. From the moment I approached the counter, John was a true professional.
