The staff at the Avondale location make you feel very welcome from the time you walk in the door and are greeted by Zach and assisted with completing paperwork, to all the physical therapists who greet you by name by your second visit. My intake interview with Tristan was very thorough and professional and my first 3 sessions have been good, with the trainer asking throughout how I'm feeling and paying attention to my facial expressions. I would definitely recommend. 👍🏽👍🏽

Comfortable atmosphere. The staff was friendly, personable, and attentive - paying close attention to the patient's therapeutic needs. Amazing team work in action. I loved Larry's cervical traction method. Great experience.

Would like to thank the staff at the ***************, ******** location for the therapy I received Jan-Feb 2026. My main therapist was ***** and with her knowledge and skill of therapy turned and painful back injury into a manageable one without surgery. Thank you also to ******, and ***** for their help.

I had very professional injury rehabilitation physical therapists treat my cervical spine injury and misalignment. They strengthened the neck muscles, shoulders, and upper back. And motivated me the whole time to do the exercises at home and arrange everything for me to be able to recover and leave the house everyday after the first week or two I had more energy and was able to do a lot more work. I would highly recommend them for injury rehabilitation and muscle conditioning and strengthening after a spinal injury.

First, they have excellent physical therapists. Both times I have gone here I have worked with people who cared and helped me. However, their back office/corporate billing is a disaster. Both times they have double (or more) charged me and it's been a nightmare to resolve. So watch out for that.

ATI is amazing physical therapy place. Everyone there seems to want to be there and help. They worked with me and help print out the exercises I can do at home. With this, it allowed my recovery to be more manageable. I look forward to what they can help me achieve in the future!!!!

My first day there, I was greeted with professionalism, efficiency and kindness from the staff. It was an easy check in process with Zach. I then was greeted by Kiara who assessed what my needs to recovery were going to look like. Again, professionalism , knowledge and efficiency. I’m confidant with this staff that I will regain mobility soon enough, one session at a time.
