I have a slipped lumbar disc and was in a lot of pain. First experience with PT of any sort. Kaitlyn at the Five Forks facility is wonderful. She seems very knowledgeable within her field and aims at optimizing patient care. Scheduling and rescheduling was handled positively and efficiently by their phone staff. Good experience overall
This is my second time at ATI, Five Forks and so far I have been pleased. Working with Logan and have just had 3 sessions but he has been great, very professional and knowledgeable.

Both usually were working with someone else while I was having PT but Logan and Mitch did a great job keeping each of us doing exercises while working with the other one.

ATI Physical Therapy has been absolutely amazing throughout my recovery. From the moment you walk in, everyone is so friendly and welcoming that it honestly feels like you’re just hanging out with a group of friends while getting better. The environment is positive, supportive, and they truly care about helping you succeed.
A special shoutout to Rylee, Jalen, Zach, and Rachel — they are the best! They made every session enjoyable and kept me motivated the entire time. I tore my ACL and meniscus, which made the recovery process pretty tough, but they made it feel 200000 times better. They pushed me when I needed it, encouraged me when things were hard, and celebrated every bit of progress with me.
If you’re thinking about going to ATI Physical Therapy, just know you’re going to be in great hands. Not only will you get stronger and recover the right way, but you’ll also have a great time doing it. I’m so grateful for this team and everything they’ve done for me! 💙
