We had an excellent experience with this pool building company from start to finish. Their customer service was outstanding throughout the entire process. Cody, our salesman, was extremely informative and answered every question we had — even on the weekends. He made us feel comfortable and confident with every decision.
Our project manager, Derek, the owner of the company, was also amazing to work with. He patiently dealt with all of my indecisive decisions, especially when it came to choosing the pool color, and was always helpful and responsive regarding the project timeline.
The entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. We would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to build a pool!

I ordered a gunite pool , pool was very reasonably priced , beat the other two quotes i had gotten by several thousand dollars. Derreck and his staff did exactly what they said they would do on time , every crew that was sent to my house was very proffesional and left no mess when they were done . I am very satisfied with the service and quality or workmanship that was done at my house . I would reccomend them to anyone who is in the market for a pool to be built .

I didn’t know any pool companies, so I did a search online and came up with five companies that I wanted to meet with. After meeting with all five companies and reading through all the reviews for each Of the five companies, I felt most comfortable with duplesis building! After meeting with Cody Chelette, The decision to go with this company was easy! He had answers to all my questions and he explained How everything would go from start to finish. Joshua Harris was my project manager And I couldn’t be more impressed with his performance and communication! I threw every Unintentional curveball I could at him and his team by making changes to different things along the way and him and his team never acted frustrated or got upset with me. You can tell that this company has sound core values and integrity and the center of all that they do!

Duplessis installed my pool about 2.5 years ago and I just had my pool pump control box stop working 2 days before leaving on vacation. I called Derek and he had someone out the next day and had the box fixed under warranty. What great service, even 2.5 years after the pool installation! Duplessis was fantastic to work with from the sales process with Luke, to picking materials and getting started. As imagined, some timelines slipped and early communication between project management and homeowners was a bit questionable, but they quickly solved the problem and got a fantastic project manager assigned. Once Rocky was assigned to manage the project, communication was fantastic, timely and worked with our schedules. Price for a gunnite pool was amazing as well. Well under other quotes for fiberglass. We couldn't be happier with the end result. Pool School starts in 3 weeks!
Derek worked with me to get a handrail system installed into my pool. Quick , fast and addressed all concerns.
Josh has been available and answered all my questions. The whole process so far has been fantastic!
We want to thank Derek, Maddox and especially Ms. Trudy. Our backyard oasis has now been complete for the last two months and we are very happy to come home in the evenings from work, and enjoy our pool. I know we had a few little hiccups along the way, but Derek and Trudy made sure to get it right. Everything looks great at the end. Mark was a great guy to work with. He addressed all my concerns as well as any changes I wanted to make. Jon was also great in helping us put the color and tile schemes together. The only reason I would not give five stars is that it took longer than was told to me when I signed the contract. I will take some of the blame because I made some significant additions to the construction but the project was started 3 weeks late and ended 2 months after I was told it was going to. Other wise the pool and deck looks great.
