We just closed on our townhouse, and although it's always great to be done with the negotiations and inspections, I feel a bit bereft because our dealings with Mo have come to an end. Although Mo shines in the areas of good communication, promptness, honesty, and knowledge, for us his patience was the virtue that spoke the loudest. We knew nothing about townhomes, and even less about the area. But for not only one, but two buying trips, he let us look at everything and anything that might work, starting each day with his hand-picked list. (And should I include listening to my husband complain about a few things totally out of Mo's jurisdiction? Probably not.) MO is very friendly,he treated us like family. He waited us in BUR airport when we arrived from Portland. He took us to each city everyday from Thousand Oak, Simi Valley,Westlake Valley,and Camarillo . We saw many singles houses, including one level and two stories. He explained where is best location ,so we think clearly where we want to live. He is knowledgeable, honestly and responsible. He is good at negotiation. He helped us pay less than listing price for repair. He also booked Uber for us to airport when we backed to Portland. He also checked all information for us for wiring money to escrow and helped us to understand how to fill closing documents. He is greatest agent we met so far.
